"Absolutely loved my stay at Sunshine Rhodes. Stayed in a beautiful apartment, the resort was amazing, the food was the tastiest, the staff were so lovely and accommodating, it was the perfect, relaxing holiday break I needed! The only negatives for me was that the air con in the room was not available where they are turned off from October 1st, which didn't seem to be clear when I booked, but having the balcony door open at night sufficed. Secondly the residential houses surrounding the resort seem to all have dogs which all barked and howled frequently - one house behind Hermes apartment block had a very large, extremely fluffy dog who barked and howled frequently (who was probably just hot and in distress being left outside a lot sadly). So the external resort noises were sometimes a bit disruptive of the otherwise peaceful atmosphere of the resort. Thirdly, would have liked to have seen more recycling bins around the resort for the plastic cups and straws that are given out for refreshments, but otherwise loved it!"

"Hotel and staff were lovely. Though found there are things I wish I was made aware of. We arrived late 11pm on Sunday. I knew there would be now all inclusive open, so gladly paid at the bar for drinks. On the last day our all inclusive finished at 11am. Not great as we’re staying at the hotel to be collected for our 2350 flight. Feel like I lost 2 days of all inclusive. We left the hotel in such of food and drinks. That was a trip into Rhodes centre. We went back to the hotel to shower and get ready to be transferred to the airport. Cost 48€ to keep room for a few more hours. "

"Our stay at Alex Beach Hotel was fantastic. The hotel offers good facilities, nice swimming pools, and good free entertainment on some nights (DJ, greek dancing and latin shows were great fun and interactive). Our double room with a kids' bed was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Beachside location and free beach towels were added perks. The food variety was good - far more than I expected and plentiful. Good pasta and pizza options for the children. My 4-year-old also daughter loved the ice cream choices at dinner and around the pool. Though sunbeds were limited, securing one before breakfast was easy. The hotel's location, less then a 10 minute taxi from the airport, was super convenient. The noise from planes never bothered us. I've been to all-inclusive resorts in the past and paid significantly more for lower quality. We didn't use the kids club, but my daughter loved the kids' disco, even though it was primarily in German – it's mostly dancing, so language didn't matter. What truly stands out about this hotel is the exceptional staff. From the bar staff by the pool to the restaurant and lunchtime servers, as well as the reception desk and cleaners, everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Mattina in the restaurant and Panagoitis Panos, who took great care of us every day. The staff were always on hand, diligently cleaning and refreshing communal areas constantly. Also recommend renting a car from the reception desk to explore the island."

"This was a beautiful property the room was clean and the landscaping is amazing the beach is in site quite pebbly bring water shoes but the water is amazingly clear and that beautiful Greece blue. Restaurants nearby and staff is very accommodating. I did.not like the food but I’m picky about food. So don’t completely trust me but the property is nice. Rooms have pools right in front affords you privacy"
