Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect.

We had 16 degrees in our room and we asked the reception to increase the temperature- nothing happened. The breakfast was really good and plenty of choices

Excellent hotel, although it doesn't make clear that you will need to pay 9euros per person a day to access the hotel via the gondala on top of your stay, but the hotel was lovely had everything you need and beautifully located. Food is super expensive in the restaurant though.

Beautiful hotel. Staff are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is plentiful and of a good standard. Rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Hotel is exceptionally clean throughout.

Lovely big room, with enormous shower. Breakfast was good with lots of choices Be careful, if you book through a 3rd party you need to pay for the gondola tickets - 8euro per person per day.

Great location and breakfast, rooms are a bit dated and unsure why we ended up with 2 single beds but as a base when visiting Levi is a good choice.

I had booked a superior room but was given a superior disabled room which was disappointing. On asking why - 'that's what the system allocated'. I would have asked for a room change but it was late and we were tired from a long journey and the restaurant closed in 15 minutes time. The staff were very cordial (and looked a tad embarrassed)

Good hotel facilities, below average service.
Our stay at the hotel was good overall. The rooms were large, spacious and well equipped. The location of the hotel was great as well, made skiing in and out easy, with the ski lockers conveniently located. The only inconvenience we encountered was during the check-in. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm. We arrived at the hotel at 7pm but were told that the room was not ready and that we needed to wait for another hour or so. This was generally quite disappointing given the late timing and the staff did nothing to accommodate.

Very nice hotel in top of the slopes. Rooms have a nice view and the infra-structure of the hotel is very good and fancy. The sauna is perfect. The Hotel's restaurant is very good as well. There is a gondola and a shuttle bus for those that want to go to Levi city center. I loved to stay there and recommend it to everybody that can afford it.

Lovely located hotel with nice and big rooms. The view onto the slopes is amazing. The connection to the centre of Levi is with a gondola which is driving the whole day. But we got for our stay (2 nights) a ticket for which lasted for 24 hours, starting when you check-in and not when you start your first drive with the gondola. You would have to pay for the extra days. I think the connection tickets should be included for the whole stay. The big rooms are very comfortable, clean and with a nice bathroom. Though the water pressure and temperature were varying a lot and the shower fittings are kinda rubbish, loose and spraying everywhere. Breakfast was nice but the variation could be a bit better (some fresh fruits would be nice). The personal at the breakfast was very dedicated and kept the buffet tidy.

It is an unforgettable experience to stay at this hotel. The view is really outstanding from each floor and the large windows make it very special. Breakfast was nice and we were looked after very well by the hotel staff. The condola ticket is actually included in each reservation, this was a nice surprise as well. I definitely recommend this hotel for any kind of visit, it is a very special place with an amazing view of the midnight sun during the summer and the the magical Northern lights in the winter.

Christmas destination
Having stayed in Levi a few times for Christmas we decided to give the Panorama a try and were happy with our choice. Like all hotels there are a few things that they could do better, the obvious one being to brighten the place up for Christmas. This is a key hotel in Lapland yet there were minimal decorations and a poor Christmas feel. There was nothing to give the kids a wow. If you're looking for a classy hotel then this is the one but if you're looking for somewhere that has that Lapland Christmas wow then I'm afraid not. That said the staff are fantastic and can only work with what they have available. One piece of advice I would give, assuming it doesn't change is skip the hotel's Christmas gala dinner. We found it to be overpriced, bland and the whole area lacking any form of festive feel. We did comment to the hotel and they kindly arranged for us to have a 2nd meal on them - which was very much appreciated you certainly get the feeling they genuinely want you to be very happy. The staff really couldn't do enough. My only 'downer' on the hotel is that they don't get into the Christmas spirit, which is strange for a hotel in Lapland but as our kids are getting older its less of an issue for us.
