“Good value, decent price!”

Received good service at check-in as we needed to change our rooms to accomodate handicapped spouses. All amenities excellent but rooms that we had could have updated pillows. Motel overall could use newer hall carpet as the present appears very worn. Found that we had good value for the price we paid. Believe it would be great for family for one overnight or other seniors on fixed incomes. Continental breakfast on par with many other more expensive motels.

“recommend for an economical getaway”

the location is very convenient, has William's Cafe, Kelsey's, Tim Horton's, McD's, Walmart supercentre close by. 2 minutes off freeway exit, on main road. as other reviewers mentioned, this one is relatively old, but not rundown. check-in was quick and smooth. rate, room, accessories are exactly as advertised. the gentleman was very friendly and helpful. cleaning staffs came around 930am, very polite and kind, saw to it we have everything we need. beddings, furnitures were clean, bed comfortable, average sized room. bathroom has no lock, must a much stronger vent. bathtub slightly slippery - would caution elderlies and people who would easily lose balance to be careful going in and out of the tub. otherwise very clean bathroom. unlike some comments, i found the towels to be quite new and clean. breakfast is basic but plentiful. had fruits, yogurt, eggs, muffins, bagels, cereals, milk, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea. served btw 6am and 10am at the front lobby with only 4-5 chairs, its not exactly a dining experience. but we were fine with eating causally walking around the lobby and watching CP24 on the big widescreen at the lobby. can't complain for what i paid for, would go again.

“Good experience”

It was a good hotel. Checkin was quick and easy and the room was nice and big. The bathroom was a good size as well. Everything was very clean. The room was a little cold, but we adjusted the in-room heating unit and then the temperature was ok.

“Nice and Close”

The new facility is very close to Hwy. 401 which allows quick access to Toronto, about an hour. the hotel is new and as such is smoke free which struck us pleasingly and immediately. Easy and friendly registration greeted us. The bathroom was ergonomic with heated mirrors and an arched shower rod. The queen-sized bed was fresh and there was an over-sized desk with computer access. A overall great experience.

“Unexpectedly surprised!”

Traditional room, quite large and roomy. Many ammenities found in major hotels found in this room. Staff very friendly and willing to accomodate your wishes.Normal continental style breakfast. Very quiet for motel on a busy road. Lots of shopping and restaurants near. Will return the next time in that area. Good value for the price expedia charged.

“Good solid experience”

Our check in was flawless. The gentleman at the front desk was very personable and friendly. There is no elevator, but he offered to carry our bags upstairs. Our wives gratefully accepted the offer. Breakfast was fine, although the selection was a bit smaller on the second day when we slept in. The breakfast is in the lobby on a side counter, and is primarily designed to be taken back to your room, although there are wing chairs in the area. The room was spacious and quiet, and everything worked well. The hotel is located on a business strip in Cambridge and has good access to Highway 401. We would stay there again if in the area. It was a very good value.
