“Great Location and great service.”

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Two great restaurants next door. Breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is in a great location.

“Convience plus”

This hotel located in Kitchener off Fairway Ave is easily accessible by Hwy 8 (5 - 6 minutes from Hwy 401 and is close to many big box stores. Two excellent restaurants (Al Dente and Charcoal Steakhouse)and Martini's Bar are located in the same building. The food is excellent and inexpensive. Room rates are very reasonable.

“Kitchener's best value”

Great location with adjacent five star restaurant complex and parking. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the comfort zone beds are wonderful at the end of a long day. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Breakfast is in an alcove off the lobby and offers good choices. Do NOT miss the cookies in the afternoon at check-in.

“A comfortable stay”

I was there for a 4 day conference. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was glad I had a vehicle for transportation, as the hotel isn't walking distance to anything.

“We will be visiting again”

We found the hotel to be very comfortable. We were suposed to have the sleep number bed. They offered to change our room, but we found the bed we were given very comfortable. There was no need to change.

“Great hotel - with great options”

Hotel is very clean and staff is wonderful. Check in and check out was efficient and brief (four of us checked in at the same time). Sleep number beds make everyone happy. Adjacent to the hotel is a fantastic dining experience with multiple fine-dining options. To entertain for business, with groups or couples, this is a great combination!

“Had a great time”

Everything was wonderful. The staff even handed out flashlights and offered escorts through the halls when a storm knocked out the electricity. Thank you all!
