“WILL STAY HERE EVERYTIME I GO TO KITCHENER!!!!!!!”

Have stayed around in Kitchener, Ontario. Stayed at the Holiday Inn first, and in future trips tried two different hotels and NOT ONE of them added up to half of what I got at the Holiday Inn, in staff, cleanliness, quality of hotel accomidations and willingness to please thier guests. Stayed this last time with the Holiday Inn for one week and LOVED IT. I WILL STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN KITCHENER/WATERLOO EACH AND EVERYTIME I VISIT!

“Impressed, Friendly, Clean”

I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised. The room was in superb condition. Staff was friendly. The check-in staff was courteous and paid attention to details. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus.

“Clean and quiet.”

The hotel is clean and quiet. Nothing too fancy: a restful place. The onsite restaurant is nothing to write home about, but decent. The breakfast served was fairly basic, but nothing wrong with basic good food. Staff at the reception desk and the restarant were both friendly and helpful. Located just a few minutes' walk from a fair size mall, if you to a shopping fix or need to pick up a few things you missed packing along.

“Good service, poor layout”

No complaints about service, room service for supper was fast and very reasonable prices. Front desk staff very helpful. However there was a long, long walk to our ground floor room from the front desk, restaurant and indoor pool. To be fair the hotel was full with hockey tournament participants this weekend, so there may have been no choice. We had requested a wheelchair accessible room, and the room was spacious enough for the chair. Next time I would try the rooms that you can access with an elevator. Pool was wheelchair accessible which was good.

“Warehouse visit”

Check in was not too long. Room was OK, nothing spectacular. Did take issue with access doors to adjoining rooms - safety issue. No major issues
