“Had a great time”

We stayed for two nights while attending the Kitchener Blues Festival. The hotel is about 20 minutes from downtown, but it was in a quiet area readily accessible to the highway. The hotel offers a great breakfast. There were hot entrees. There was a station to make your own waffles. There was a good variety of breads to toast and lots of different things to spread on it. There was fresh fruit, fruit salad, yoghurt, cold cereal, etc. etc. The coffee was phenomenal and available all day. There was also a large variety of teas. Our room was spacious. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and I wasn't worried about walking on the carpet in bare feet. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a bar fridge and a microwave but I suggest you bring your own cutlery and plates if you want to cook anything - the room wasn't equipped with them. There was a package of microwave popcorn offered with the inroom coffee/tea service. The television - a flat screen - offered a lot of channels. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

“Excellent Service”

I arrived early, was accomodated into one of the first rooms cleaned by the staff. I was offered coffee and breakfast, although I was not entitled to it. Desk Staff was friendly, professional and promptly dealt with questions. My room-mate and I were busy working on a sport coaching material and found the Business Center was well stocked and everything worked!! In the room, the Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. I would definitely return.

Hotel was easy to find with shopping near by. Staff were all friendly. Pool was small but nice and clean - fresh towels in good supply. Coffee,tea,hot chocolate available in evening. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good, nice variety.

this hotel is five years old and already they have plans or renovating. it is in good shape and i loved the 24 hour coffee, tea, juice availablility. good buffet breakfast and lots of it. the room set-up was slightly different too and i liked it.

I have stayed here a couple of times...with a friend, with my boyfriend for a conference in town and/or shopping, and also again with my boyfriend and our 4 children...it's hard to find a hotel that can accommodate 6 people, but we were able to here, and in a Hampton we stayed in in Toronto...King bed, pull out couch, and our air mattress...this is hard to find at other hotels...we've tried!!!! Thanks!!!!

Very nice hotel. Comfy beds with white linens which I love, because you can tell it's clean. Free breakfast buffet.
