“Very Clean with a Great Breakfast”
We were very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and was very good. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This hotel was right across from Conestoga Mall. It was very convenient for shopping. The mall is also on the major city bus route that services Kitchener-Waterloo and St. Jacobs. If you do not have a car, bus service is excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
“Great Stay”
The hotel was great--breakfast was great. The only problem we had was parking. We did not have a space and were told to squeeze in between 2 other cars. I worried all night that we were going to get our vehicle banged.
“Great introduction to Canada!”
I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a conference at a local university. The hotel provided a shuttle to the conference center. Amenities were outstanding, apart from the internet connection, which was intermittently slow, but usable for small transmissions (email with no attachments). Breakfast (complimentary) was excellent, and the room was spacious and quiet. There were places to eat within easy walking distance of the hotel, but most local points of interest required a car/cab. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
“We loved this hotel!”
We were very satisfied with our weekend stay at this hotel. It was so nicely renovated, very comfortable bed, spacious room, free breakfast, great pool and hot tub...couldn't have asked for more. It's perfect for people playing in ultimate frisbee tournaments at RIM Park, since it's less than 10 mins drive. It's also right across from a big, new mall and a 10 mins drive to St. Jacob's Market. We would definitely stay there again!
“Great Location!!”
Great place to stay as you are close to all the attractions Waterloo has to offer!! The breakfast was very sufficient, fresh & well presented! Rooms were a little on the small side. We stayed for 8 nights to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our kids----so we could relax & unwind at the end of the day--GREAT STAY--- thanks Expedia!!!
“Great Stay”
A great hotel in a location close to entertainment, shopping, local communities....Pool was warm and clean, continental breakfast included was fresh and plentiful. Would go again anytime.
“Great weekend”
We were first amazed at the friendlyness of the staff. They could not do enough for you. Our room was clean ,beds were very comfy,the fridge and microwave were a major help in the afternoon to keep and and warm up snacks.Breakfast was very good. We would recommend this to others.
“Positive Experience”
Staff was excellent. (friendly , hard working,helpful and accommodating) Upgraded me to a KIng suite due to lack of consecutive night double queen rooms. Clean , updated hotel. Good lighting throughout hotel and rooms Lots of choice for breakfast, not junk. Fresh fruit, multigrain bread,yogurts,boiled eggs. Loved the pool, even though it is small. Perfect to cool off in after after using exercise room. Free shuttle to local markets during the week. Great location to Conestoga Mall, St Jacob's Market and Outlet stores. The reason for the 4 under comfort of room was concerning the bed, and this is personal preference. A little soft for my liking.

“NICE FAMILY HOTEL.”
WE FOUND AN ODOUR IN OUR ROOM SO WE HAD TO OPEN OUR WINDOW TO AIR IT OUT. THE BATHROOM SINK HAD SOME KIND OF STAIN THAT WOULD HAVE COME OFF IF A LITTLE ELBOW GREASE WAS USED. THE BATHROOM FAUCETS WERE VERY GRUNGY WITH DIRT IN THE GROOVES OF THE TAPS. NICE TOUCH WITH COFFEE AND TEA MAKER FOR THE ROOM AND IRONING BOARD. NICE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING WITH MANY SELECTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM. NICE EXERCISE ROOM AND POOL AREA.
