“Comfortable Beds”
The hotel Staff was excellent. Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The beds and linens were beyond comfortable. Without a doubt the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced. Great location in the downtown area. The only two negatives would be the absence of a wireless internet connection, although internet connection was available via the supplied cat 5 cable. Also the shower was smaller (and slightly claustrophobic) than I am used to. In all the upside (staff, comfort and location) far outweighed the slight negatives if you find yourself in Kitchener, ON

We thought our accomodations were terrific. In the heart of the downtown. Staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely use again. I highly recommend.

“Great For The Kids!”
I went with my mom and sis to St. Jacobs and decided to stay at the Delta....Very nice! Lots of stuff to do! I am certanly going to go back and bring the kids! Cool two lane bowling alley, miniature golfing, huge whirlpool with squash courts and the fitness area actually looks like being at a fitness club! Lots to do! Great staff...helped us with all our questions and the rooms were nice and clean! The restaurant downstairs was absolutely fabulous!Large portions and great prices! No need to look elsewhere to eat! We will certianly be back! Thank!

“Reiview for Delta in Kitchener”
The hotel was clean and modern and the staff where friendly and accomodating. There was some noise from some teen age girls staying in a room closer to us but that isn't the hotels fault.
“HOTtub”
Our experience was great except one issue, the hot tub. One of of highlights of our stay was to relax in the hot tub. Unfortunetly is was so hot we couldn't even sit in it. Other than that I would love to stay again. Also, the room service breakfast was great!
“not for delicate noses”
Although the hotel is well kept, clean and the staff is friendly I have one complaint. The pool, between the reception, lounge and restaurant, emits a very strong chlorine smell. Put on top of that the perfume of one of the breakfast waitresses and I had an overload of smells before 9.00 a.m. Thank goodness not everybody has such a fine tuned sense of smell. I also found the options for a lactose free meal very limited in the lounge, don't know about the restaurant.
