“Will go back”
Our room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast-nice breakfast room to eat in. Comfortable beds,great pillows. Very quiet despite being close to 401.Very friendly and helpful staff.
“Ideal for using as a base while conducting business in the area”
Everything I could ask for in a place to stay while on business in the Cambridge/Kitchener/Hamilton/London area.
“Advance notice”
Overall the hotel was satisfactory. The only complaint I have is that there was a dog show or something going on and most guests had a dog in their room. On the most part there was no problem with noise, etc., but I still think it would have been nice to be told this when I made the reservation, in case one of us had had allergies or something.
“It was alright.”
The front desk staff wasnt very professional, and the "WIRELESS internet" is limited availability, so you need to be in a specific room to get the signal. I recommend if you plan on staying there and using the wireless you specify that you want a room which can access it. Other then that the hotel was clean, the cleaning service was very kind and helpful if you required something. The continental breakfast was good as well. Over all for the price I paid it wasn't horrible.
“It suited the purpose of the stay”
The hotel was fine and it was handy because I had a dog with me the personal were friendly and the room was confortable and the price was right recommend eating somewhere else for dinner beside the Holiday Inn next door the food is nothing to write home about.
“Basic Accomodations”
Fairly basic accomodations. Wireless was convenient, but Skype kept shutting down for some reason. Breakfast was a basic continental, but satisfactory.
“Friendly Service and Great Value”
Older,adequately maintained hotel. Service was excellent. Great value one hour from downtown Toronto.
“Over priced”
Really it is over priced. I stayed one night in a room that does not worth half of what I paid for. The furniture is dated, the carpet was not clean. No closet or cupboard, there was a cheap shelve and hangers right above the bed. It is like a cheap hotel in 3rd world countries
“Very Dated”
The hiotel is partially a smoking hotel, although smoke travels into all of the rooms. We are non smokers and it was quite gross to be honest....
“Service hôtelier peu recommandable”
Une forte odeur de cigarette venait de temps à autre dans la chambre. N'ayez pas d'accident avec votre bol de céréale dans le lobby, la responsable vous grondera, exaspérée. Nous avons nous même ramassé le petit dégât et pour nous apercevoir, en frottant, que le plancher n'avait pas été lavé depuis des lustres. Et pas un "!" de remerciement de la responsable du petit déjeuner. Seam that they don't like to work there...
