“Great!”

The hotel was great - we came for the conference at the university of Waterloo and found the hotel in an excellent location (close to stores and restaurants, right off the freeway). We enjoyed our stay - a large fitness room, a very large room with two beds, great shower, everything was new and clean. We would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel was clean and staff were all nice. The hotel itself was conveniently located right off the 401, with lots of restaurant options to choose from just down the road. Breakfast was great (and was included in the price). Definitely much better than staying at other chain hotels.

“Great value”

We stayed here for 3 nights while attending a funeral. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent (bacon, sausages, pancakes, eggs, fresh fruit, croissants, variety of cereal, cheese, breads, pastries......). Would stay here again. Only drawback is there is no pool.

Everything was great - clean room and halls, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Close to highway and shopping. Would definitely return.

“New Hotel”

Booked at this hotel when I had trouble getting a res in Kitchener/Waterloo to attend a funeral. When we arrived they did have some trouble finding our res, but it was quickly resolved when the Expedia fax was found. I knew they had the res as I had called the hotel to confirm as I made the res less than 24 hours prior to arrival. The staff was friendly the rooms were awesome, the hotel has only been open 2 months. The area has lots to offer if you want to shop and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. My only negative would be that the a/c was a bit noisy at night, but switching the unit to fan only solved the problem. I would definitley stay again.

“Excellent”

I'd never heard of Future Inns before, I definitely would stay there again, rooms very clean, we had four people and only two sets of towels so I phoned the front desk, extra towels were at the door in less than 5 minutes - very impressive! Beautiful restaurant on the premises too, had a lovely breakfast there the next morning (included in the price of the room).
