“A Real Comfortable and Well located Hotel”
We have stayed here twice and both times we really enjoyed the hotel. When we first arrived they were setting up for a wedding and I was concernd it would be noisy. However, the rooms must be sound proof as I did not even realize the reception had started until I walked down the hall to get ice. Excellent location, walking distance to the outlet mall, theatre and a really good restaurant. We stayed here this time as it was very clsoe to the Rim Arena and we were there for a skate meet

“Clean and Comfortable”
Rooms and hotel are very attractive. Near highway and a small shopping plaza where we could go to the drugstore or coffee shop. Only down side is the area is out of town - a bit deserted and there is no restaurant in the hotel or nearby. Help yourself buffet breakfast was fairly good with fresh fruit and help yourself coffee, muffins, yoghurt, and scrambled eggs, and it opened at 6am - a bonus. Also free internet was great..

“one night stay”
I stayed in the hotel for just one night and things were generally ok as a 3 star hotel. Property is bit old. Don't count on the breakfast as it is less than a basic mean (unless you are a coffee and muffin person) WiFi is good. Staff were friendly and professional. I picked the hotel to be sure, it follows the "Best Western" standard and I was satisfied.
“Good stay despite construction”
When I arrived early to the hotel after a long red eye flight I was surprised to see the hotel was being remodeled. The whole lobby was shut down along with the breakfast room and fitness room. I was too tired to worry about it. It was only 10am and check-in wasn't for a few hours. They had a room ready in 5 minutes and provided great service throughout my stay. They arranged for a late check-out because of my late afternoon flight. Also, a great restaurant next door called Jack's and the Farmer's Market down the street is amazing.
