“excellent place to stay”
great room for a great price. location is good with a few places to eat nearby. room was clean and tidy...we found our bottle of water in the room was half empty when we checked in, went out for an hour to find a fresh bottle and an apology on our return. that night they had problems with the restaurant heating so they offered room service with no extra charges. food was great as was the breakfast. very friendly and helpful staff. would definately stay again

Room was clean, quiet, and spacious. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel as a whole was clean and quiet. Very convenient location, lots of parking. Would highly recommend.

“Pesky Housekeeper”
Hi. Hotel was very nice and clean. We had a suite with small kitchenette and table, and sitting area with TV. IT was all open to the two queen beds. Everything was clean. We used the pool which was small, but nice. Both mornings, starting at 8 am, we could hear the maid knocking on doors up and down the hallway, shouting "HOUSEKEEPING" and just waking up the whole floor. It was very unusual and very disturbing. Shouldnt the hotel leave a notice with the maids of which people are checking out and at what times? We were woken up both mornings by this disturbance, and I mean it was LOUD ! I feel it was worth mentioning... We were not wanting to get up that early !!
“Quiet and convenient”
Spacious room in a quiet location, yet good access to freeways. Could go running right from the door. Breakfast buffet was convenient and had reasonable variety.
“What you expect in a Best Western Hotel”
We were overall satisfied with this hotel. Our room was nice except the washroom was very small. The pool was quite nice and was a welcome break from the humid heat. Some of the hallways smelled a bit weird because of the bricks. The breakfast was mediocre with not a lot of selection that ran out very frequently, especially on Saturday morning. As someone with food allergies, I brought my own food and I was really unimpressed with the toaster as every morning my toast got stuck. As someone with a gluten allergy, getting crumbs from wheat bread on my toast was not very desirable. The staff needs to be better at picking up garbage and used room service dishes as there was a bag outside one room that sat there for about a day and had ants crawling all over it.
“The 3 C's - convenience, comfort and cleanliness!”
The hotel is in a nice location - convenient to the highway - and is clean and comfortable. The staff is very accommodating. We were very disappointed in the complimentary breakfast which was not up to the standard we have found in other hotels we have visited. The juice container didn't contain juice (it was later refilled), the coffee wasn't great - and the cereals were all kid-related and sugar-coated.

Maybe not a holiday destination, but good for overnighters, or business people.
