Needed to extend my stay from 7 nights to 18, and the staff was very helpful & accommodating. The only irritating thing for me was the television! Finding channels & navigating to them was far from intuitive. I was told to refer to a laminated channel guide that was not in my room, staff member looked & concurred. Luckily I had my laptop & HDMI cable. My Roku stick would have been even more useful!

I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned before our stay. There was long hair in each of the corners and several strands in the bathtub. Unpleasant shower experience, lukewarm water that suddenly went very cold. Debated on whether to rinse in the cold water or wait...another ten minutes before the water got hot. Heard from other guest in the morning that they had a very similar experience. The breakfast buffet was good, staff in attendance were great, very friendly.

It was very convenient for us, especially not knowing much about St Louis, and just stopping there to get some rest. Lots of choices for restaurants around. Close to aquarium, ball park, and Arch. Would def stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights. Walls are thin, you can hear your neighbors, hallway traffic and street noise. Reserved a room for 4 adults, they provided towels for 2 people. Called and asked them to deliver more and was informed we could come downstairs to the front desk and get them ourselves; which this appeared to be a common problem as there was a line for towels. The water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent; the water trickled out and then completely shut off during my shower only to come back on after a minute freezing cold and never did get hot again. Water stains on the ceiling, mattresses are old, dirty baseboards. Guess we got what we paid for; seeing as it was the only reasonably priced hotel in the area. We didn’t know when we booked that it was the Cardinals opening weekend. We’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and been much happier and in the future will stay there again.

Positives: friendly check-in, convenient location, breakfast hot, attentive breakfast attendants, bed was comfy Negatives/non-negotiables: our non-smoking room smelled like someone had been smoking in there frequently. No hot water the first morning. Little to no hot water the second morning. No water pressure in shower. The water poured out of the bottom of the shower head. This is our second stay at this hotel in the last year. Our first stay was great, no issues, which is why we booked again. This time, was a different story. We stayed on the 4th floor so maybe the water can’t get all the way up there. I have stayed in hotels in 3rd world countries with better water pressure and hot water. When we asked for a new room we were told there were not any other rooms. In addition, they don’t service your room unless you make a request the night before. We were not told this bit of information at check-in which caused an inconvenience. We will not stay at this hotel again. Too many other options in the area.

The property was average. The parking was challenging as the back doors were not working properly. Anyone who parked out back had to go through the front door and walk all the way around.

I smelled pot the whole time I was there. It was frustrating and the smell gave me a headache. I told the front desk at check. I was asked if I called about it and I didn’t because I couldn’t tell which room it was coming from. I would recommend that they inform guests about smoking it in the rooms. The smell spreads and it stinks. I will address if it happens again. I paid for a room and it was unpleasant.

Our stay at Best Western St. Louis-Kirkwood Route 66 was good. It's an average hotel in an average location. The room seemed clean enough, but the bathroom felt super dated and lacked attention to detail, as there was hair left from a previous stay, etc. Overall, it was fine. I would recommend it if you're looking for somewhere safe, quiet, and average to stay in St. Louis.

I like that they have balcony. Walking distance to shopping are,grocery store.No microwave in the room. Balcony and sliding door is dirty. The cabinet for the fridge does close its open halfway. I noticed odd smell in the hallway, smells liked burned leaves.

My husband and I traveled to St. Louis to attend Arch Madness at the Enterprise Center! Our time at the Best Western was amazing and we immediately felt at home when we were greeted by Gladys! Overall, this was not a good hotel. One highlight was the gentleman who checked us in. He was accommodating and friendly. However, that was the only good experience. We did not have running water for an evening and a morning. They did issue a partial refund, but not one representative of the inconvenience my older mom and I experienced. Not being able to shower for a wedding tasting does not make one feel very good.

This was mostly a good stay, but I had a couple of issues, mostly with noise. Small issue with the bath tub having residue in it that was a bit dirty, and the water fluctuated between hot and cold as I showered. The main issue was I was woken up at 2am by the person next door who was having a loud argument with their partner about catching multiple STD’s from someone else. I couldn’t fall back asleep until their fight was over around 5am. Then they started fighting again around 9am and kept slamming the door on each other and yelling nonstop.
