“Great Service, Price, Clean Room”

Couldn't have asked for more, clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff and great price.

“Would stay here again”

This hotel is well-maintained and conveniently located on the outskirts of Kingston - on a major route that leads directly into the downtown core. The service was accommodating, and our room was clean and well-kept, although the bathroom was a tad awkward with the toiletsituated at an angle, and the balcony was not the best. It was a corner room (401) that we were able to reserve at a special price through Expedia, and had only one queen bed, where we really needed two. The staff, however, brought us a cot at no extra charge, and we managed well enough. The pool area looked lovely, although we didn't use it, nor did we use the restaurant facilities. I would definitely stay again, but would forgo the special rate and ensure I got two queen beds.

My wife had left her blouse in room after we checked out. We returned 2 days later & front desk staff put in extra effort in getting us the missing blouse- tracked us down ay nearby store outlet.

“It is a bit remote...”

If you want to park your car and walk in the old city, you may want to find a hotel closer to downtown. Otherwise it was quite comfortable

Hotel itself was great, room was wonderful, clean and tastefully decorated. All areas leading to hotel clean and tidy. Pool was amazing, larger than most. My only disappointed was the man at the front desk was quite rude and unfriendly. When asked for a room inside the hotel and not outside in the annex part, he replied - when you purchase from an outside agent (meaning Expedia), you don't get a choice. He also made other unfriendly remarks whenever we had need to ask a question. Made us feel unwelcome there. However, he did give us a room that we were satisfied with. Feel this man should not be in the business of hospitality. Would definately give them another chance and hope for a nicer clerk.

“Clean but could be better”

We went to Kingston for 7 days to spend Christmas with our relatives. This hotel is in a very convenient location to the house of the relatives. The staffs there were very courteous and we even had complimentary breakfast for the Christmas morning. However, the housekeeping schedule was kind of weird. We had room service on Christmas day but no room service for boxing day and our bath mat was never replaced even after the room service resumed. The beds had no fitted sheet so if we rolled over a little bit, the sheets and blankets kept falling off the beds at night time. For the price we pay, we expected to get a little bit more than that.

“Travelodge Kingston LaSalle Hotel”

Il y a deux partie a cet etablissement; la partie ''hotel'' et la partie "motel". Avec Expédia lorsque jai réservé cetait la partie motel. Il est correct mais sans plus! Propre pas trop desuet., TV ecran plat. Pas trop grande comme chambre mais bon comme on dit : ca fait la job!!!
