This hotel is located in a safe and quiet area a few minutes away from downtown Kingston. The room was clean and large enough for 6 people. Additional pillows and blankets were found in the closet. In the morning, we enjoyed a nice breakfast with boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, yogurts, and fresh fruits. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this hotel and will probably return this summer.

The room smelled lile olf cigarettes. The window was wide open when we arrived. The smell was distracting when it was time to sleep. The door handles were sooo dirty and the doors was blacked. I have a picture. The towels felt like sandpaper and didn't look very clean. The staff was nice and the food was was we expected. But the room was definitely not...

Omg this place is slowly falling apart. Staff seemed ok, barely talked but smiled at us. The worst part is how dirty it is. Ewwwwwww. I spilled a drink and cleaned the floor in that spot. The walls have stuff spoted all over it I dont want to know about. The deadbolt doest even work. We had a conjoined room with no idea who was on the other side and if they had a key. Eeekkkkkk. There was some sort of dried leaf in our bed and fluff and spects of unknown stuff everywhere. Everything looks broken or damaged. I dont even think its worth what I paid. Its near nothing and totally gross. And we were put at the very very back. The cleaner probably doesnt know these rooms exist. Ewwwww. Never going back.

Appreciated the fact the sleeping area was separate from sitting area. Had booked a king bed but none available so 2 queens. Breakfast was fine. Need to seal outside doors better but luckily not too cold when we stayed so wasnt a problem.

The staff at the Kingston Super 8 were excellent! They helped us with directions leaving the city, plus I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the shower, the guy came right away and showed me what to do. The bed was very comfortable, excellent service

I reserved 2 king rooms several months ago. They gave 1 room away and gave us a room with queen beds. There were broken/cracked floor tiles in the bathroom. The transition plate from the laminate flooring to tile flooring was just sitting in place not attached and I tripped on it. Woke up in the morning to find a cockroach walking across the tv stand!

The property is convenient when visiting loved ones on base at CFB Kingston. Our door didn’t work on the first night, but the staff was quick to solve the issue and gave us a new room with no issues. The staff are very kind and are always there to help. I will book with them again the next time I’m in Kingston.

Staff was friendly! Nice, quiet area! Breakfast included! Parking was very convenient, right in front of our room! We had a lot of stuff in the car that my daughter needed for her dorm at Queens so it was great to be able to haul our stuff easily.
