“Very nice for the price paid”

The location, room condition and amenities (breakfest and parking are included) are great for an inexpensive hotel.

“Kingston stay”

the beds were clean there were lots of clean towels, the rooms were clean and the staff were excellent.The building seemed to me to be an older structure which maybe accounts for the bathroom being too small to turn around in The walls are very thin which meant that I could hear "everything" that went on in the next room. :-) I am not telling you these things because I found them annoying I didnt -I always remember that I am not going to live there but just stay a day or two But some people may not look at things in the same way So I will say that we did enjoy our stay

“Budget Motel”

Expectations were low because of the low price, and because of that the motel was fine. Rooms are extemely small but clean. Location is convenient but not in the best part of town.

“For its price it's just fine”

I read some other reviews of this hotel and am not sure what people were expecting. Obviously it's a budget hotel. But it was not noisy, it was safe, the staff were friendly and on-the-ball, and I know the city and it's untrue that the hotel is located in a bad area. Actually for a motel it is in a decent area, a residential area behind it while the motel itself is on the main street. Of course it's not right downtown in the tourist centre, those are more expensive hotels. But you can walk downtown in 30-40 mins. and there's an outdoor plaza right around the corner so it's convenient; not a motel on the far edge of town like motels often are.

“Great place for what I needed”

The motel was spotless and the staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was very small but I ordered a single and it worked for what I needed. The price was good. I would not hesitate going back there. Kudos to the staff.

“An okay place”

I had an alright stay here. The room was adequate for my purposes, and the staff were friendly. My only qualm with this place is that it is NOT close to the Royal Military College -- if you walk there it will be 50 minutes-1 hour. Queen's U is a bit closer, but it's somewhat of a walk as well.

“Good place to stay”

The hotel was clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. Certainly enough to get us on our way. We'll be happy to stay there again. The staff was certainly friendly and helpful.

The room was inexpensive, and it had various imperfections: the air cond. was noisy, the water took a while to warm up, and the bed was placed awkwardly against the hallway wall. However, the hotel staff were excellent: really pleasant and helpful. They made the difference.

Hotel was clean and basic. Met all my needs for a simple stop over. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
