The hotel was nice. The hotel is in a very good location. The 1000 island cruise is worth doing. No in room safe in the hotel room which is a shame.

“Good location with beautiful view”

We stay here everytime we need to make the journey to Kingston, it is located right downtown on the water. The view is very nice and you can walk all over downtown. It is close to Fort Henry.

I enjoyed my night at the hotel. the room was clean, though a little worn. The view of the harbour from the room was very nice. The only thing I did not like was the 12 dollar daily charge to park in the hotel lot. This should be free for hotel guests.

Everything the Hotel has is top notch. If anything the Hotel could provide an outside pool or a least an outside bar area. The biggest problem is PARKING: first for Handicapped and second the Limited general parking. Very cramped area.[2 handicapped spaces for the very handicap accessible Hotel].

The hotel is clean and lives up to expectations. The key benefits is its location in the Town and the excellent parking facilities.

Hotel was very nice, staff responsive. In summer with all the boats in the marina I would bet it has an even better view. Could do with easier entry/parking, hard to park at this hotel. The location couldn't be beat, within .1 to .25 mile of many good restaurants and pubs, close to city hall (outdoor ice skating in winter months).

“Kingston Radisson”

loved the room and the location. The parking was a little confusing, not sure where to park but didn't take long to figure out. Had little contact with staff. The view and Location was worth every penny!

“Very comfortable and lovely view”

Great location with a lovely view over the lake. The bed was great, we had a king size adjustable bed which was fantastic. The room was lovely and looked very recently decorated but the halls could do with a bit of an upgrade.
