the walls in the room I was staying in were so thin that I might as well of had roommates the matrass was like seeping on a rock and the door to my room was broken and didn't close properly, the gap in the door was wide enough that leaves and grass were blowing in and you could guess that I heard every noise possible overall served its purpose but I was happy to get out of their as quick as I could.

The room was very clean, appears fairly recently painted with a comfortable bed. Only issue, they are renovating many rooms and no mention of this while booking. I made a request for a ground floor room near the lobby, but nothing was available due to renovations. My room was a little inconvenient, but I was only there one night. Staff were friendly.

The room overall was fairly clean. There is a heating unit on the baseboard in the bathroom that had hair and dirt all over the top. The unit also didn't work but it didn't ruin our stay. The grounds were good other than the stairs up to the 400 numbered rooms. The stairs was insanely slippery even before it snowed. They are made by composite deck boards. We asked the staff to salt them which helped minimally. Overall for the price paid the hotel served our purpose of a place to sleep for our sports team. The free cafe mochas in the lobby were nice 👌

Paper thin walls. At this very moment we are trying to go to sleep and their are kids running around in the room above us. Try to call the front desk but the phone doesn’t work so theirs nothing you can do about it. Stay away from this dump.

The staff was amazing but the room could use Updated painting and such holes in the walls! The bathroom had hair left on heat register and in the sink! Bed was comfy but every time someone moves the whole bed shakes

This is our third time staying at this property while crossing Ontario, and we love it! The place is SUPER clean and offered a nice firm bed. There’s a fridge and a microwave in the room and the free breakfast is decent, considering how little they charge. They were also accommodating of our needs from disability. We hope to stay here again.

I was in room 200, The parking was decent i used the little paved hill to lug my stuff in and out of the room. Price was about right. Room for the most past was good. Bed was comfy sheets were clean. Lots of pillows!! I was disappointed with the “included breakfast” it was muffins and granola bars, i was expecting a hot breakfast. The paintings were really dusty, there was a thick layer of dirt around all the edges of the carpet, i had to pay an extra 15 per night for my dog to stay with me. And i pre paid for 4 days, 3 nights, but ended up not staying the third night, they “couldnt” refund my money for the last day or my dog fee.. all and all i likely wont be staying there again. But if on a strict budget and need a place to go this place works!:)

The staff were pleasant and somewhat accommodating. Upon checking in the first room was not clean and had many imperfections. After letting the staff know about the condition of the room they did give us other options and we did end up with a better room. We were there for 4 days and it snowed 3 of the 4 days. They did not clean the walkways in front of our room or put down salt or sand. My wife had a nasty fall because of the lack of clearing of the snow. Definitely would not recommend a stay at this location.

I remember that snowfall, as it was the only big one we had this year, and we were not prepared for it, unfortunately. The plows took a while to come around, and only 1 person with a shovel, people were stuck in the driveway; it was unpleasant for everyone that day. Our sincerest apologies go out to your wife, and yourself. Winter is quite a different experience than the rest of the year, however, we will do our best to be prepared for the next cold season. we do hope you'll consider us again, next time you're in the area. Upon arrival, the front reception desk area is very clean and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and enough for a 1-night stay. The only issue that I found was the amount of parking available at the location. Otherwise, its a decent location to stay at.
