We loved the hotel! Very friendly staff until we were leaving at the end of our stay - we had one housekeeper walk right into our room - where we were still in bed - and had the sign on the door - then a second housekeeper tried to enter - again with the sign on the door- and finally a third housekeeper!! The sign is there for a reason - and we told the first housekeeper we had a late checkout - could that not be conveyed to the others - maybe it was the same housekeeper- no idea! But decidedly frustrating!

Not at all worth 350$ a night. The service is bare minimum not a single request came through with zero issues. The toilet was malfunctioning the entire visit, the room was not very clean I’m talking coffee stains visible on the table legs and underneath the table top, cobwebs behind a side table thst wasn’t pushed all the way towards the wall, the balcony was FILTHY! Full of cobwebs and dead mayflies. Patio doors covered in greasy hand prints and what looked like a child’s mouth print on the glass. One of those situations where the more you look the worse it gets. The whole place is in various stages of disrepair broken door handles in the very scary stairs were definitely in violation of a fire code! Couldn’t get out of the staircase at main level! To top it off the young front desk employe didn’t even ask how my stay was, while her coworker was on her phone scrolling away. We love coming to Kingston but will be going to the delta next time. This place still screams 1967. With some cheap makeup on, coupled by lack of competent staff turns the whole thing into a real bummer.

The hotel has gone down hill over the last few years. The room was very dirty - balcony windows filthy and furniture in room still had marks from greasy fingertips. Hotel was loud due to all the hockey teams staying over. Only positives are location and front desk staff who are very pleasant.

Multiple hockey teams running in the halls made for a tragic stay. The staff were incredibly unhelpful, and it's unfortunate because the location is great. There are many better options in that area.

Found a previous guests dirty underwear behind the door. Food left in fridge as well. Housekeeping knocks on stay over doors early. Two mornings in a row I was woken by a knock before 9am as my dnd sign had been knocked off during the night.
