“Outstanding and friendly hotel”

I stay here whenever I am in Kingston on business and able to get a room (it is popular and sometimes fully booked). This is small business friendly hotel with hugely helpful staff where everything works, where the cooking and service are very good and the wifi is free. It is Jamaican and international in style. It compares favourably with its much larger chain neighbours and is popular withJamaicans as well as visitors from North America, Europe and rest of the Caribbean . This visit confirmed again its consistently high level of service. Many of the bathrooms have been upragded. Mine was excellent. The staff in the small restuarant were outstanding.

“Very Good”

Great hotel smacked in the center of Kingston with close acess to all the city life. Great service and lovely view of city. My family was very comfortable. Price was also great, when we return to Kingston this will be our home away from home.

“Nice Clean Basic”

Stayed at hotel for the weekend for a wedding before we headed to the Riu in Ocho Rios. Check in was easy, the room was clean and the service was good. The complimentary breakfast was good also. Nice pool. Great for a short stay, not a luxury vacation hotel for a full week's worth of vacation. Perfect for my weekend in Kingston.

“a lovely small hotel in Kingston”

I overnighted there twice and found the receptionists very welcoming, intelligent, sophisticated and helpful, the rooms beautifully furnished and clean. It is a smaller hotel, elegant, very quiet and restful.
