“Ontario's Best Hotel !”
To be in this hotel was itself a great experience. The smiling staff is always there for a warm welcome and to make you feel comfortable all the time. The indoor pool, Gym, restaurant services are really good. The food is very good. The cleanliness of the hotel is taken care of. The ambience is amazing. I can't wait to go back. This is the best hotel i have ever seen which carries good amenities plus home like comfotable stay.
“Très bon accueil”
Nous parlions très peu l'anglais, l'hotesse d'accueil s'est exprimée lentement pour que comprenions. L'hotel est propre et agréable avec une piscine. les tarifs sont corrects pour une nuit avec le petit déjeuner compris.
“Not worth the money”
The hotel wasn't horrible but can't say I'd go back. Service at check in was decent but not hotel was not worth the money. Hotel was a bit run down, rooms were old and in much need of a really good clean. Room was tiny, no microwave or fridge. Beds were comfortable. Restaurant for dinner was ok but don't bother with the free buffet breakfast...the food was awful and highly recommend that you use the chain restaurant across the street as it was much more enjoyable on day 2.
“Very Average”
Hotel does not deliver in terms of what they promise. It is however, a decent stay in a good location for 1000 islands excursions. If it is cheaper than others at the time you are booking, then go with it if your not too fussy. If price is same as Holiday Inn Express, I would go there.

“Room satisfaction”
The first room we were given had a large hole in the plaster of the wall, with brown stain marks on the wall. We then asked for another room which was better. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Outdoor courtyard was nice, and especially good since we had our dog with us.
“would use this hotel again”
Very nice place to stay. Hotel staff were very courteous. Hotel is very close to casino. The restaurant at the hotel, the staff were very plesant and the food was great. We picked this hotel because it had pool. We planned one of our days to use the pool but were all but asked to leave the pool around ten am. We had only been in the pool for about twenty minutes.It seems that they rent the pool to some aquatic club on Tuesdays and Thursdays but forgot to inform us. When we checked in to the hotel we told the staff the pool was the main reason we picked their hotel. Overall if we head in that direction that will be the hotel of our chioce.
“Wouldn't stay there again!”
The hotel is older and the room was tiny and very outdated. Could hardly turn around in the bathroom. Beds were not comfortable but at least the sheets were clean. The street it is on is filled with hotel options, any of which are probably better than this one. The food in the restaurant was mediocre to say the least. Definately never going to stay there again.

this place very old, my room keep hearing ppl walking pass. for $20 more a night, I could go hotel next door which way newer and clean. walking into this place is like smelling your own pee......
