“We will definitely return to this location.”
We were travelling with a group of 3 adults & 3 children which required 2 rooms. This location provided it all, breakfast for 6, good rates, comfort, space and convenience to places we wanted to go. If you want economy, this is the place to go.

the hotel is on campus so it is either an upscale dorm or used to be a dorm, but over all it's ok
“Great for the cost!”
This is the second time to use this facility. It is a bonus in a city of expensive choices. Two bedroom suites, perfect for a family. One has to remember it is a school dorm, not geared for fancy frills.The breakfast was adequate, lots of toast, cereal, fruit & drinks. This is a stay with good value for the price, plain & simple.
“A College Residence with Hotel Pricing”
I stayed at Seneca College - King Campus between May 18 and 20, 2010. My first problem was in the parking lot, where you must pay $5 for overnight parking, lest be subject to ticketing and towing. The machine in the parking lot "maxxed out" at $4.70, and would not accept any more. It told me that the maximum time had been reached, yet the ticket stub expired at 11pm. (I later found out that $5 overnight passes can be obtained at check-in, although they were unable to credit me the $4.70 already paid, "because the machines are run by another company"). I was then given a room that was already occupied. Had to lug my bags back down three floors to sort out their mistake. The room, and building, were what you'd expect of a college dorm. Stained and burned carpeting, peeling wallpaper, etc. That was fine when they were charging almost half the rate that they now a year or two ago. To get an ethernet cable to access their on-site internet, you're forced to complete a whack of paperwork, swearing you're not going to be accessing this or that, or doing this or that.....I've never had to do this at ANY other location where I've stayed. Then, when my work assignment got extended by a day at the last minute, I was advised that it was "too late" (9:30 pm) to arrange for internet access for the evening. "Everyone there has gone home", they told me. (I didn't realize the internet had a staff!) Breakfast will keep you from starving, but nothing fancy. Toast, bagel, cereal and coffee.
