“ok the ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of service and the breakfast was'nt all that”

over all nice hotel very clean and the people that work there were nice the pool had weird things floting on top so i didn't even get in if you like midnight snacks make sure you pack some theres not many places to order from.

“Coushatta Weekend Getaway”

The hotel is located right near the casino with a free shuttle service every 15 minutes. The price is reasonable and has a free breakfast.

“Could Be Better”

The hotel was okay, given the small town its in I wasnt too picky about expecting something great. We were allowed to check in earlier since our room was ready, which is a major plus, especially after driving to this destination from Austin, Tx. Our TV didnt work, but they were able to swap it out right away. The staff wasnt the most courteous, but atleast not rude. Overall we just needed a place to rest & sleep and this place did it for us.

“Not worth the price!”

“Not impressed - needs lots of attention to maintenance”

We stayed there in late May 2011, the temperature outside was cooler than the temp in the room. Apparently they only use building 2 on weekends and do not bother to cool the elevators, hallways or rooms. Our A/C unit was unplugged when we arrived and it was all rusted. I plugged it in, turned it on and was rewarded with hot air. Needless to say there were not any other options for this holiday weekend or we would have relocated. We were moved into a room across the hall with a "new" A/C unit and once we turned it on it did start to cool the room. This particular hotel needs lots of maintenance; it does not represent the Quality I am used to at all when spending money.

“The dump”

Checked in on a friday night..room was not cleaned,bed looked like it had been layed in ...just not clean.... The next night was just as bad ,,got to the room and they cleaned it half assssss. and no towels ...this was real nice.....went to the frount desk and she told me that she just works the desk,,and that they had run out of towels.....After so BITCHIN i got towels.....DONT STAY HERE..JOHNNY

“Don't Stop Here-Keep Driving”

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Upon our arrival at 5:00 pm two tour buses had just arrived. We were told that we would have to wait until their check in was complete. We did not get checked into our room until 6:00 pm because they didn't have enough clean rooms. The a/c leaks, the floor was soaked, the room smelled like mold and the beds were horrible. The front desk ladies, none of them were dressed as a typical front desk person is, tshirts, blue jeans and flip flops and poor attitudes.

“Quality Inn Kinder”

The hotel was dirty and understaffed. Our room the key lock did not work and one person had to stay in the room or would be locked out. The phone did not work and the toliet would not flush. Trash on the outside containers had not been empty and overflowing.
