" We stayed at Novotel for 2 weeks. We wanted to relax and recoup after a tiring birding and wildlife trip. It was a wonderful stay and we were glad we chose to stay here.They gave us a quiet room and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The kitchen staff, big shout out to Anita and team customized our meals since I was vegetarian with so many diet restrictions. Am really appreciative of this gesture. Siti, Emma, and her team at the front office are amazing & super helpful. I don't know the names to thank them personally, so here's a big Thankyou to all the smiling faces and helpful folks who made our stay very comfortable."
