It’s a decent 2 star hotel. I didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast. House keeping did a good job keeping the room clean. Has a small mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and tv. Asked for extra pillows, they didn’t have any. Other than that, the sink and shower had good running hot water and the AC was cold.

Amenities not as advertised
The motel was very clean and in great condition, however there wasn’t any continental breakfast or any gym in working order. Both things were advertised on Hotels.com, so be aware. Other than that it was an overall “good” experience.

The first morning there was no breakfast. There was a sign on the for that said they would be back in 15 to 20 minutes. An hour later, still no one. There wasn't even coffee made. People were waiting on the lobby to check in. It was a mess. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. Later in the day i went to the office and told the lady what happened that morning. She apologized and handed me two brown bags so we would have food for the morning. I was like.... is there not going to be food tomorrow either? Now normally I'm not the one to complain about free food...BUT.... as someone mentioned earlier, it was a brown bag with a tiny bottle of water, a cup of yogurt, and a package of 2 mini chocolate chip muffins. It was just sad. This property is good if you want something cheap for a night and don't care about frills or safety.

We offer only free to go breakfast bags which states on the website. Which is light breakfast. Plus the coffee was being made at the time when there was no coffee. There was a leak in a room which the front desk had to take a look and then let the maintenance know. That’s why it took him hour to help with maintenance and etc.

I loved my stay at the Days Inn Wyndham in Kileen. My room was very spacious, clean, and contained all the room necessities I needed for my stay. I will definitely be staying at this hotel next times I visit Kileen.

Roaches everywhere!
Our stay itself was good but there was roaches everywhere. On the walls, restroom, counters and floor. We didn’t end up sleeping in the room as we stayed at another place but we used the room to shower and rest for a bit before heading out. I won’t be booking this hotel again in the future.

First of all they misrepresented the property on the website. Two of the reasons I chose this location was because of the gym and the breakfast. On the site there is a picture of a nice continental breakfast and a picture of a gym with free weights. There turned out to be no gym and the breakfast was a small bag with a mini cup of yogurt, a mini bottle of water and a pack of two mini muffins. The only honest thing about the breakfast was the coffee. This would have been my only complaint if not for the mixup with my check-out. I assumed that my check out date was Tuesday morning when it fact it was that Monday morning, I went out to breakfast Monday 1/2/2024 and came back at 10 til 11. I know this when I pulled up there were two people a man and a woman in my room cleaning up and so my niece checked her watch to see if it was 11am. I walked in and they had removed all of my belongings and my issue was that even if I had actually left check=out doesn't even begin until 11am and if they had removed my belongings they were still in my room and my belongings couldnt have been far as even the housekeeping cart was still in front of my door. At any rate, they gave me a garbage bag which had some of my things in it. The only things I was missing were these two glasses I had bought from Razoo's, An unopened gallon of bottled water, an opened bottle of prune juice, my "breakfast" bag from the day before and some cookies. Long story short, they stole from me, so i left.

Key didn’t work. Staff helped me to get into room and glad he did bc it wasn’t cleaned. He quickly moved to one that was, but this one had clean but stained sheets. Good thing about this place was the late night desk guy. Otherwise seemed a little sketch. But it was a last minute booking. Bathroom was really clean and nice.

I loved the room decoration very modern and minimalist. They had beige chair a bit tiered and dirty. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was very thin. The staff in the front desk was kind but he was missing in the morning for the check out. Overall it was clean but there were not enough towels (just 1 set in a 2 bed room)

One word, dirty. Every towel, every sheet, shower and shower curtain and even the outlets had some sort of stain or blemish. Dusty and air filter never cleaned. Not to mention would have to turn off AC around 5am every morning due to it sounding like a backfiring motor. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to even feel remotely sanitary. Never staying at another Days Inn, I can at least say thank you for that.

Run from this place. Its dirty, nasty, and it stinks. I ended up leaving and booking at another hotel. I swear i saw a group of hookers and their Johns coming and going and I was only there was for 1 hr. I didnt feel safe there at all !!
