This property was absolutely filthy. We were charged over $250/nt due to the eclipse, which is normally $59/nt. Fine, but the place was dirty and run down. Mold in the bathtub, shower curtain, sink, walls and ceiling. Floors made our shoes/socks black. Bed skirt dirty and stained. You could see through the towels and when "housekeeping" came it was a woman with trash bag full of linens. When I asked for tissues, she handed me a roll of toilet paper. There were shopping carts on the property, I'm guessing from the homeless which stays in the area, as many properties surrounding the motel is vacant. You couldn't pay me $$$ to stay here again.

A few complaints I had about this property: 1. The two bath towels provided were both small and very thin. 2. The bed was as hard as a rock. 3. There was no kleenex or other tissues in the room. 4. There were no glasses or cups at all, making it rather impossible to brush my teeth or swallow my medication & vitamins. I had to run to the nearest store to pick up some along with a box of kleenex.

The mini fridge wasn’t getting cold at all, the microwave was popping and didn’t heat up anything. The dressers had roaches inside of it. No extra towels for a few night stay, couldn’t ask for more because the office was locked. Wouldn’t recommend.

This property was not at all like the advertised picture. When we arrived there was trash all over the property and it had a horrible stench. When we asked to view a room before staying the manager was hesitant 😬. When he opens the room we would be staying in we were for with an unbearable sent. In addition to the continued sent there were uninvited creatures that would create severe havoc if carried back to our car or residence….ie: roaches and bedbugs. Lastly, the sheets were uncleaned appeared they had been laid in. There was fresh uncleaned blood on the couch and the manager seemed unstirred about these unsanitary conditions. Needless to say we canceled our reservation with management agreeing and found another room.

The floor had multiple dead fly and bees on it. While in the bathroom heard buzzing and noticed atleast 15 bees flying out of the vent in ceiling as well as another 10 bees in the window sill

Don't pay ahead unless you are certain.
If I could give them a zero or a minus, I would. This hotel isn't at all as a present on your or their website. If you like taking cold showers, then this is the place for you. Parking is extremely hard to get, and you may get a door ding or dent due to the tightness of the spots. Picked a non-smoking room but still got one that smell like smoke. The hotel is in a Sketchy part of town. I reserved the room for 2 nights, but only stay one night and management is charging me for 2 nights even though I checked out at 7:30 am. Absolutely would NOT recommend staying at this place, is NOT Americas Best Value. Sketchy Management as well.

Pure Disgust. DO NOT STAY HERE!
This place was sketchy to say the lease. The room floors felt like they were damp and wet. The room smelled. There was dirty linens on the bed, and cigarette burns on the counter and bathtub. The TV was screwed to the dresser that was lower than the bed and could t be watched. No coffee, no water, no shampoo, or any amenities were available. The front desk took a photo copy of my license and credit card back and front. I was very concerned with this, as this was not a secure payment method. When I asked for the copy back, they didn’t want to give it to me. After 10 minutes of arguing, they finally returned the copy to me. The parking lot was disgusting and had trash all over. The sign was not lit up very well and was hard to find. The parking lot had no lighting either. This place does pay by the hour services. Not family friendly and pure disgusting. Will never recommend this place to anyone. We couldn’t get a refund, so we ended up paying for this room, but going somewhere else to stay the night in a safe and clean place.

The attention of Mr. B was exceptional!! the hotel look, the cleanness, the space in the room, the service, the comfort of the beds, how updated the hotel is, etc, all surpased my expectations! I was very impressed. Very quiet and comfortable. Sad that because of city ordinance they still didn't have the permission to put breakfast out.

It is not quiet at all. I work nights and they start harassing almost 2 hours before check out. People were loud outside my room all night when i was off like it was a big party. Shower ran out of hot water quickly.

Motel is a little out of date but bed was comfortable and room seemed clean. It did have a little bit of an in fresh smell but nothing bad. Staff were nice, helpful, and accommodating.
