Nice enough hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was average and what I was expecting. Noisy plumbing! Good balcony though and use of leisure facilities very welcome.

Very nice staff.
Staff were the best. You could not get nicer.
Beautiful designer bathroom but had no plug for bath or sink /no cups to fill with water, to rince your mouth with after you washed your teeth. Remote for the TV /battery was loose so it was difficult to change stations. A little TLC in order.
Over all with the staff so nice we had a very nice was stay. Thank you

Cracks in the wall as, beds with loose sheets, yes some staff were helpful and friendly but also some staff were rude or acted like they couldn’t care less, it was very loud until like 2:30am the weekend we stayed with loud music and people shouting and all

Fabulous stay . Check in girl helped us with our bags on lift as my husband had a stick so friendly . Food lovely bar staff lovely nd very accommodating. Breakfast perfect .over all stay fab and gorgeous hotel .

Alarm went off twice during night. No hot water in the morning, shower tray overflowed.
Not a good experience, a shame as this hotel was well regarded a number of years ago, when I stayed regularly.
Will not be back again anytime soon.

Very clean modern hotel, our bed was very comfortable!
Some renovation works are ongoing (which is good to see) but that did not impact our stay in any way. We would happily recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay somewhere in Naas.
