“Much improved!!!”

I will tell you,.. apparantly they have taken the comments on this site to heart,.. they have dramatically improved the guest services,.. linens and bedding is now changed daily, the rooms are just a nice and large as before,.. but now you have the guest services available 24/7,.. there is always someone on duty,.. this was not the case 6 in April when I was there,.. the only marks that downgrade the hotel is the apartments, is the hall lighting,.. and I mentioned this to the personell,.. I would bet the next time I go there will be better lighting., It is now Identified on the outside with good lighted signage, and has become much easier to find than the first time I arrived. Learn these words for your cab driver,.. "Besenia Street Divotnatset" that stands for Besenia Street 19.

“No complaints whatsoever!”

Had the best experience in this place. Very close to palats sportu metro station. Within 5-7 minutes walk to khreshathk street. Very safe and posh neighbourhood. Check in and check out were easy. Maid very helpful. Staff helped to print out our tickets. Spacious room, jacuzzi was brilliant and so was the kitchen! Beware of any policeman in Ukraine-they want your money at the pretext of asking for your documentation etc!

I just wanted to say that I am very glad that I found this hotel. They are all very professional, when something goes wrong at an apartment they always have someone out to fix things very quickly, or when I am unable to get the internet to work they send someone to help within minutes. Their staff are so friendly and welcoming and the fact that they all remember guest's name is wonderful. Apartments have high-speed wi-fi and cable internet connection which was very reliable for my business purposes. Jacuzzi bath-tub is something you cann't avoid to relax if you know what I mean. I look forward to my next trip in a couple of weeks and will definitely stay at Partner Guest House again.

Not the first time in Kiev and always stay with Partner Guesthouse because of it's perfect central location, very stylish and modern apartments and especially because of a great customer service and staff! Daily cleaning, sleepers, free wi-fi, flat screen tv and many other small little things gave a perfect impression of my stay!

The Partner Guest House is slightly misleading as it is actually a apartment rental service. Having said that we ended up in an excellent studio apartment, very clean, comfortable and spacious with good facilities - much better and much cheaper than a hotel. Very conveniently located - would definitely use again.

Upon first being dropped off at the "hotel" I was quite suprised,.. being from the United States, and what our definition of a Hotel is here,.. at first glance,.. it was hard to find,.. only by stopping a girl on the street, that could read and speak English, and had a cell phone to call the Hotel, did I gain entrance. After I made it to the top of the building to the office,.. I was able to find a very well versed lady who was a great help,.. then came the big suprise!!! The room was great!! with a kitchenette,.. a Jucuzzi bathtub,.. and a very large living area for the week that I spent there,.. I was very pleased with the apartment that I received,.. and have gladly booked my second trip to Kiev,.. and to stay in the Partner Guest House.

“Maybe Not What Westerners Expect”

As a traveler in Western Europe, I have stayed in "Gasthauses" and guest hotels. But the Partner Guest House in Kiev is not what visitors in such establishments might expect. When dropped off at 19 Baseina St., I thought the cab driver had made a mistake. There was a shoe store and a dress shop, but literally, no sign of any hotel. No hint, no sign, no evidence whatever. When the shoe store's security guard showed me to the blank, keypad-entry, gray steel door, I had to wait for someone who knew the code to gain entry. On entering, there was still no signage of any kind. There was a badly lit staircase and a suspect elevator, neither of which invited use. I exited and called a friend, who contacted the "hotel" and I eventually discovered that this "Guesthouse" is an apartment management service, whose booking center is on the second floor of #19 Baseina St. The apartment I rented, 2 blocks away, was clean and comfortable. No complaints there, once my redefinition of "Guesthouse" was complete.

Très bon accueil au bureau qui gère les appartements. Ceux-ci sont situés dans l'immeuble à côté. L'entrée dans l'immeuble fait un peu peur,et n'est définitivement pas conforme aux standards "occidentaux" mais l'appartement lui-même est très confortable (spacieux, TV satellite, accès internet, propre), mieux qu'une chambre d'hôtel!

“It is an apartment near the city centre,NOT a hotel/guest house. Good location though.”

Do not expect hotel/guest house services because this is not a hotel/guest house. It is a self catering apartment near the city centre. Having said that, the management office is just across the road and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. For adventurous traveller, it is a good experience. The apartment is renovated to high modern standard from an old building in a side street. Got air conditioning and jacuzzi and very spacious. Can't get this with the same money if it is a hotel. Be aware that because it is an old building and at side street, the first impression is a bit uncomfortable. Once you go inside the flat, it is OK. I felt safe all the time and the location is really central with easy access to underground and taxi.
