“Best hotel in Kiev !!!”
First stay at the Opera Hotel----Everything in absolutely perfect : service, rooms, location... It is a true 5 star atmosphere with a boutique scale. I will definitely stay there again. Best experience with the hotels in my life !!!
“Best in Kiev”
In my opinion this hotel is the BEST in Kiev. Very clean, super friendly staff good food, location, parking, size of the room and more. I'll be back here in 4 weeks.
“An exceptional gem - Opera Hotel”
My fiancee and I travel a lot and prefer staying at well-kept boutique hotels. Opera hotel is an exceptional hotel with great service. The rooms were spacious, good decor and very clean. We ordered room service on one of the days and it was delivered on time and presentation was superb. We will definitely stay at the Opera hotel in Kyiv again.

The Opera scores on most points but especially on the friendliness and helpfullness of the staff, which must be the best in Kiev. Only downside is the cost but that is to be expected in Kiev if you want this standard
“My Vacation”
The hotel was definitely nice for the area, but very small by Western standards. The balcony was actually tiny, barely enough to step unto, but not walk on. Also the view was of walls all the way around. The room was nicely appointed, and the maid service and concierge are always helpful and courteous. Most people working spoke good English, which was extremely helpful. I tried several times to use the spa services, but the one masseuse seemed to be booked up every time I tried or off. The "hot tub" actually had no hot water, and there was no spa pool. The spa was severely lacking, although the spa employees were very nice and helpful. The hotel is a little walk (10-15 minutes) from Independence Square and the center. Decent location. The hotel is extremely well kept.
“Enjoyable”
We enjoyed our stay at the Opera Hotel. The breakfast that was included was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and helpful in arranging outside activities for see Kiev. The patio bar setting was very relaxing in the evening.
