Great choice!
Lovely, clean, large room with kitchen and balcony. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Great pool and hotel is a very short walk to the center of town and the beach. Great value for the money; will definitely stay here again.

Athena Hotel fab
Great location, central and close to everyone, friendly helpful staff, fabulous pool, not sure if the bar was available. The beds were a little on the hard side but it was cleaned daily and had all the facilities we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms were cleaned daily and adequately equipped for our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and will be happy to visit again next year. The only downside was that there was quite a bit of noise from the roads outside but we eventually got used to this.

You get what you pay for. DISSATISFIED.
Room had poor lighting, no blanket (only sheets), and uncomfortable mattresses. However, the room was in good condition and had working AC. In addition, when we went to check out we were told that we had to go down the street to the ATM to pay in cash since the owner did not know how to use a credit card machine and that her son was not there to help her. We were VERY DISSATISFIED about this. Also, the wifi only worked near the office area and not in the room.

Excellent Hotel and Studios
We have just returned from our holiday staying at the Athena from 8th to 19th June. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We were welcomed by the owner and her Son. Both were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very well furnished and spacious with a nice balcony. The gardens are well kept and the pool area very clean. We thought the location was perfect, a 5 minute stroll to the centre and a little longer to the beach.

Aivan loistava lomakohde meille. Etsimme hiljaista kohdetta jossa palvelut kävelyetäisyydellä. Tämä oli sellainen. Meren ranta oli lähellä, joskin aika tavalla varattu eri hotelleille. Kyllä rannalla käveli, vuorovesi vaan piti liput punaisina. Onneksi oli rauhallinen pieni allasalue, jossa poikkeuksellisesti ei ollut näitä ”pyyhkeiden kuljettajia” varaamassa petejä. Tämä toimii näin hyvin. Isäntäväki oli sydämmellistä, kiitokset heille. Vaikea löytää yhtä miellyttävää paikkaa/huoneistoa. Kiitos!

Käyty monta kertaa
Kolme kertaa oltu - tällä kertaa kolme viikkoa kesä-heinäkuussa. Mukavan rauhallinen, sopivasti sivussa (= parisataa metriä) kylän keskustasta, niin illan metelit eivät kantaudu hotellille. Toki viereisen valtatien äänet kantautuvat huoneisiin, jos pitää ikkunat auki. Siivous päivittäin (pl. sunnuntai), pyyhkeiden vaihto parin päivän välein. Hieno puutarha. Ilmastointi toimii, safety-box löytyy. Omistaja ja hänen poikansa todella mukavia. Sängyt voisivat olla hiukan pidempiä ja ovat ehkä jonkun makuun liian kovia (tämä on toki mieltymysasioita). Kylässä paljon hyviä ruokapaikkoja, hyvä leipomo, hotellin vieressä kahvila, josta saa vuohenmaidosta tehtyä jäätelöä ja fantastinen Kreetan pisin ranta, jota pitkin voi kävellä vaikka Kavrosiin. Hotellin asukkaat olleet yleensä rauhallista porukkaa (ei remuavaa nuorisoa). Isot huoneet.

Hotel propre et accueil très sympa. Pas le grand luxe mais très bien pour le prix. Ambiance famillial et calme. Proche du centre et plages (5 à 10 min à pieds) Un peu bruyant si chambre côté route. Grande terrasse.

Ευχαριστούμε για το σχόλιο σας. Θα σας παρακαλούσαμε την επόμενη φορά που θα κλείσετε δωμάτιο σε ξενοδοχείο να δηλώνετε τον πραγματικό αριθμό των ατόμων που θα διαμείνουν. Κάνατε κράτηση για 2 άτομα, και εμφανιστήκατε 4 άτομα. Δεν σας χρεώσαμε για τα 2 έξτρα άτομα όπως έπρεπε να κάνουμε. Η καθαριότητα είναι μια παράμετρος της βαθμολογίας. Εσείς αποφασίσατε να βάλετε την χαμηλότερη βαθμολογία σε όλες τις κατηγορίες. Η συνολική διαμονή σας στο ξενοδοχείο μας ήταν από τις 23:00 το βράδυ μέχρι τις 11:00 το πρωί.

Athena Hotel kan anbefales.
Fin beliggenhet med lite tettsted bare noen hundre meter unna. Nesten like kort vei til fin strand. Athena Hotel er rent, trivelig og bra. Vi hadde 2 roms leilighet med bad, kjøkkenkrok, stue/oppholdsrom og balkong nede, og 2 soverom oppe. AP oppe ga behagelig temperatur på natten selv med over 30 grader ute. Fint og rent basseng. Et behagelig opphold.

la proximité des voies de circulation est une gêne pour la tranquillité.Quelques mauvaises odeurs provenant sans doute du quartier sont parfois ressenties.Mais le cadre de l'ensemble de l'établissement est très agréable et propre et les propriétaires sont parfaits

Fijn kleinschalig hotel met persoonlijke sfeer.

très sympathique
Petit Hôtel avec un accueil agréable, piscine propre, Appartement grand et fonctionnel. Hôtel un peu à l'écart du centre, au calme mais en 5 minutes à pieds vous êtes au centre de Georgioupolis.
