“OLD BUT BEAUTIFUL HOTEL”

Very good locaiton in heart of city AND WITH PRIVATE, FREE parking lot. Several bars (understand they hae music in one bar on weekends). Food was excellent and well priced. Understaffed, but excellent assistance from staff. Would hope the rest of our acomodations are as good as this in Ireland. Rooms good size and with all necessary needs.

“Growing pains or change of ownership”

First the card reader on the door lock to our room did not work. After three attempts of trying to get into our room they gave us another one. This room did not have sheets on the bed (just a comforter), and because we were so tired we didnt really notice until the next morning....The toilet seat was also broken. On the bright side, the people were very nice and this hotel is right in the center of Tralee. Didnt get the free breakfast because they were remodeling the restaurant.

“Hotel was not there anymore-did not exist!”

Arrived in Tralee to find the hotel was under complete renovation, the name was taken off the outside-was never informed of this-found our own hotel
