Amazing staff, stayed before the ferry to France. Having a Bella Italia in the hotel is a nice touch too.

The hotel was a last minute booking that worked out extremely well. The hotel was easy to find, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was expensive but good quality. The Italian restaurant was very good. The staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and very helpful. The front desk even arranged for a taxi to take us to the cruise port at checkout. They had a restaurant and bar. Biggest drawback was the location, far from town and attractions. However, taxis were readily available, reachable by phone, once I figured out how to do that from a US-based telephone.

We have had nothing but good experiences with the Holiday Inns in the UK. This one in Dover was great- fast check in, good breakfast, and clean rooms. It’s very close to the Cliffs of Dover and Dover Castle. Definitely would recommend!

Our room was very nice. They offered a great breakfast. Our only complaint is that there are stairs that we had to carry our luggage up/down. There were only a few, but that seems like a lot with multiple heavy bags.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Breakfast had good options and the dining area was kept clean. Room itself was clean and good for our family -- 2 adults & 2 kids ( 9 & 11 ). It was much better than a HI Express we stayed at just prior to this, where the room was just too small. We tried the hotel restaurant which was good too. Would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
