“Dover - A deal for the soul.”
The staff were friendly, positive and professional. The high ceiling,view and balcony overlooking the port gave our room an ambience of genteel and elegant living of a bygone age whilst being so near the busy trunk road. We enjoyed the Indian night on the Thursday. We walked from the hotel with the wind behind us along the white cliffs to Deal ( several good places to eat) and returned to Dover by train.
“Exceeded Expectations”
This was an overnight stop en route to Belgium. The hotel far exceeded expectations, particularly in respect of the friendliness of the hotel and restaurant staff, and the quality of the food.
“Still in the works”
Our room at the hotel was newly renovated with a funky interior. The only downside to the room was that the shower pressure, when wanting hot water, was almost non-existant. The hotel lobby was good as was the hotel bar. The biggest issue was that there were still renovation works being undertaken so walking along the hallway felt like you were in a bit of a construction site. But, that should be sorted out shortly.

They opened the day before our stay, nice refurbishment of the building and very find staff.
“Dont hesitate to book this hotel”
Stayed at Hotel during the golf Open Campionship. Its really good value - but ask for a room at front of hotel - it will be quieter. We had a room at the back - very noisy main road close by.
“Dover overnight stay”
The location is great! It was the perfect place for a quick overnight stay. The price was very affordable and the welcome cocktail was a nice treat.

OUR ROOM WAS NICE BUT VERY HOT SO WE COULDN'T SLEEP! ALSO MY HUSBAND'S MEAL IN THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT GOOD,HE COULD NOT EAT IT.

Spacious rooms provided for us all, some with sea views. Good selection of breakfast and dinner foods, of which none of the quality and service could be questioned. Cannot fault our stay at all and all said we would return.
“Characteristic Hotel with Beautiful Sea Views”
The hotel was more than I expected. It had character, was a great location by the sea. The hotel also had a lovely little bar over looking the water, perfect for a relaxing afternoon drink. Staff were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and warm! If I ever return to Dover I will definitely return to the Best Western Hotel and Spa.

The room was hot even with the fan, but therest of the hotel was quite pleasant.
