Good but don’t overpay for bathtub
Hotel was very good and breakfast costs itself, only disappointing thing was bathtub in room, I booked this hotel because of bathtub but it wasn’t work properly, when I turned it on a lot of dirt was thrown from jet holes and smell was awful.

Very nice area. The room was clean, but not very well appointed, and the furniture (we stayed in a suite), was placed in a sub-optimal way. Other than that, no problems. Good breakfast.

Surprisingly great!
Surprising because one did not expect much from a relatively unheard off / non-big brand hotel. Surprising also because the hotel is loaded with value and adequate amount of quality. Close to the heart of Kazan and all the action, this hotel is a must-stay!

Ok but not good value for what they charge.
The hotel isn't bad but it's not good enough to be a 4 star hotel for $120 per night (and that was a discount price). Minuses: no wi-fi in the room (although it was promised), which was not fixed inspite of several request, so I had to use mobile internet for work; when booking we requested two separate single bads but were provided a double bad and a couch instead; you'll need to wait for 10-15 minutes until hot water becomes hot enough to be able to take a shower after turning it on; breakfasts were okayish but poor.

Overall, the stay at Hotel Art was a pleasant one. The breakfast was excellent, probably the best hotel breakfast I've had, although that might be because I'm more excited by rustic stews, cold cuts, and good quality fresh fruits and vegetables than by pancakes and scrambled eggs. The room was clean, but when we first entered, it smelled faintly of cigarette smoke, at first I was afraid that it had previously been a smoking room, but the smell cleared up within 12 hours, so I don't know what it was. There was a receptionist at the desk 24 hours a day, and the receptionists were generally able to speak english, some better than others. Those that were not as proficient in english were friendly and worked hard to make sure communication happened. The internet was spotty, but still better than at the last 4 hotels I've been at, and the AC and hot water worked just fine. Sometimes the room cleaning people forgot to leave shampoo/bottled water when they cleaned the room, which was a bit annoying.

Not good for those who wants peace and calm
This is nice hotel in terms of upkeep and cleanliness, but I'm disappointed with my stay for several reasons. Firstly, they refused to bring pizza to my room because of the night party going on downstairs in the restaurant, which is not an excuse for me as a guest. So, you either have to go out or just stay hungry and frustrated. Be sure they won't serve you because they are too busy with those drunk guys in the restaurant. Secondly, when there is a night party, which usually goes for all weekend and sometimes in the middle of the week, the music and bounce is so loud and strong that you can't sleep even on the third floor. What's more, people singing (stone-deaf) Karaoke is outrageous. To conclude: they don't care about their guests rather about outsiders coming to their restaurant for some party.

Замечательный отель, прекрасный, вежливый персонал, великолепный шведский стол, хорошее расположение, никаких проблем с парковкой. Чистота и замечательная уборка в номерах, свежайшее бельё, удобные кровати и ... маленькая ложка дёгтя - впервые в отеле **** в номере, при наличии чайника и чайной посуды не оказалось ни чая ни кофе?! Мои пожелания администрации выполнились выполнились оперативно, но без кофе и сахара! Посмеялись и пошли в магазин! Но это недоразумение не испортило настояния.

Завтрак потрясающий, парковка охраняемая-очень удобно, расположение отличное. Из минусов: нет зубных щеток (тапки, халат, мыло , шампунь, гель есть). шумоизоляция слабовата, может из-за того что остановились на втором этаже.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel
Etwas anders eingerichtetes Hotel mit gutem Standard. Sehr sauber. Frühstücksraum wie Wohnzimmer eingerichtet. Sehr gemütlich. Am Frühstücksbuffet gibt es auch richtige Gerichte und Salate. Direkt hinter dem Hotel befindet sich ein bewachter, kostenloser Parkplatz für die Gäste. Lage ist sehr zentral, nahe der Fussgängerzone gelegen. Dadurch kann der Trubel von der Straße auch mal durchs offene Fenster dringen. Mein Zimmer zur Seitenstraße hin war aber ruhig.

Perfect location and Staff
The hotel is conveniently located in the very heart of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. A good breakfast is served in the adjoining cozy restaurant "Aquarium". The Staff of both hotel and restaurant is very professional, kind, supportive and they speak English (not so common in Kazan). I also booked the airport transfer provided by the hotel, which resulted in a punctual and relaxing trip; the driver was very kind and his driving style very "smooth".

Отличный отель 4 звезды евроуровня
Прекрасный отель за разумные деньги в центре города. Кремль в 10 минутах прогулки по пешеходной улице. Рядом торговые центры,станция метро, большой выбор кафе и ресторанов. В отеле отличное обслуживание, богатый завтрак "шведский стол". Существенных минусов-не выявлено)

Хороший отель.
Удобное расположение отеля, все рядом. Персонал супер. Небольшие недочеты в номере (дверь шкафа-купе сошла с рельса, в душевой створки закрываются не плотно, телевизионные каналы показывают не качественно),но это нас не напрягало. Может это только в нашем номере так. Удобное бронирование. Город очень красивый, огорчило только недолгое в нем пребывание.

Un hôtel charmant idéalement situé.
Séjour en couple pour nos 10 ans de mariage. L'hôtel est idéalement situé en centre ville. La vue depuis la chambre est splendide sur le clocher et le cathédrale. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Le personnel est très aimable. Le restaurant de l'hôtel dispose d'une terrasse. Le séjour de 4 jours/3 nuits est très apprécié dans l'ensemble.

За дополнительное место для 10-летнего ребенка попросили доплату,хотя при бронировании на сайте было указано размещение 2 взрослых и ребенка.На вопрос по этому поводу с ресепшена был получен ответ:Вы бронировали 2местный номер.Считаю нечестным такое отношение к клиенту.На мой взгляд размещение 2 взрослых и 10 летнего ребёнка должно предусматривать наличие как минимум 2-х кроватей)))

Отдыхали вдвоем с мужем в декабре 2014, отель очень понравился! Красивый интерьер.Крайне удачно расположен - наши окна выходили на Богоявленский собор, за которым расположена Баумана - главная туристическая улица Казани, местный Арбат! все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. До Кремля дошли за 10 минут. В пяти минутах ходьбы - площадь Тукая, откуда можно уехать без проблем в любую точку Казани. Сам отель в хорошем состоянии, номера чистые, комфортные, каждый день производилась уборка. В номерах все самое необходимое - тапочки, халаты, гели для душа, шампунь, мыло, расческа, ложечка для обуви, обувные салфетки. Имеется сейф. Чистая вода в бутылочках. Персонал приветливый. Не смотря на то, что заселение в 14 часов, нас поселили раньше без всяких проблем и без доплат. Завтракали в местном ресторанчике, входил в стоимость номера. Шведский стол, кормили достаточно вкусно, было из чего выбрать. Голодными точно не останетесь ))Были каши,картофель, овощное рагу, курица, рыба, салаты, блинчики, сыр, напитки - чай, кофе, и различные сладости.В-общем, отель на уровне, вполне оправдывает свои 4 звезды,всем рекомендую!!!

Номер просторный. Все сделано современно. Цена соответствует качеству. Приветливый уважительный персонал. Чисто, аккуратно. К небольшому минусу можно отнести не очень стабильный интернет. Но эти заминки были не так часты и не подпортили общего приятного впечатления! Очень разнообразный и вкусный завтрак!

Номер (у нас был бизнес-комфорт) - небольшой , но было все, что нужно. Состояние - твердое 4. Уборка регулярная. Сам отель очень маленький, но радовало то, что в самом центре (выходить каждое утро на потрясающую улицу Баумана было приятно). Очень хороший завтрак, выбор блюд был на самые разные вкусы - поэтому несмотря на то, что был вариант снять отель подешевле - цена оправдалась хорошим питанием (а в Казани цены в кафе такие же, как в Москве, только вот уровень их намного ниже). Планирую еще раз поездку в Казань - и хочу опять остановиться в этом отеле

Расположение отеля прекрасное. Кровать удобная, постель чистая. С вентиляцией проблемы. После пользования душем в номере долго стоит запах то-ли болота, то-ли канализации. Приходилось открывать окно для длительного проветривания.

В целом все прекрасно: чисто, стильно, персонал вежливый, звукоизоляция между номерами хорошая, в номере есть все необходимое, завтрак тоже очень приличный, местоположение трудно найти лучше! Такие мелочи, как прожженый ковролин в одном месте (уверена, что просто не успели заменить) и плохая освещенность номеров не испортили общего замечательного вречатления. Обязательно там остановимся в следующий раз!

номер 204 комфорт бизнес, за стенкой что то капало периодично, либо щелкало. остальное всё понравилось! тепло, шведский стол вкусен и выбор есть.в центре, до кремля пешком легко дойти. также и до вокзала.

Очень понравился отель. Замечательное сочетание "цена+сервис+питание+расположение". Все чисто, удобно, современно. Хорошие завтраки:вкусно, разнообразно, есть выбор. При входе нет пандуса для чемоданов/инвалидов. В ванной комнате очень не хватало шторки. Но это мелочи. Рекомендую.

Хорошо: завтраки, стойка регистрации, ресторан, персонал, место расположения Плохо: ХОЛОДНО, климат не работает на обогрев, половина батарей не работала, у моего номера была бестолковая планировка, жуткое ковровое покрытие, старая мебель,вода не сливалась из ванной совсем, практическое отсутствие свободных розеток, нет розеток рядом с постелью, плохая звукоизоляция между номерами
