“Going Back”
Great Place
“THE VACATION OF OUR LIVES!”
Koloa Landing was more than we imagined. Our room had a view of the pool area with the ocean in the background. This place was immaculate by any standards. There is more bang for your buck in these condos than any other we have stayed in. Lovey the front desk manager is outstanding. She handles everything. Our trip would not have been the same without her. Jo the concierge was also very helpful. She and her husband directed us to a very private secluded beach that we had all to ourselves. It wasn't very far from the resort. We will be back next year to Kauai and will definately be staying here. Although it is not directly on the beach it is better because Poipu beach is crowded. Our kids stayed at the St Regis on the north shore. They paid over $5000 for a week for 2 adults and 2 children. The room was aproximately 400 sq feet . After seeing our condo they will be staying at Koloa Landing with us. We had many sunset dinners on our lanai. It was the vacation of our lives.
“Best place to stay on south coast of Kaua'i.”
We arrived after 12 long flight hours and were very warmly greeted by hotel staff. They upgraded our room to a VERY nice villa, absolutely all the comforts of home plus more! The resort is starting its "Phase II" construction at end of May, but there's so many things close by for shopping, beach access, food markets for breakfast and more. Golfers have only a short drive to MANY local well-groomed courses. There's no restaurant at the resort, but their pantry is well stocked and fresh sandwiches are available upon request. It's approx. 25 min southwest from the airport, but even the drive there was very scenic through the famed tunnel of trees. This resort will only get better when it's completely finished and we'll look forward to returning on our next trip to Kaua'i !
“New, High End, Great Location”
This was a great deal for us. It seems this is a new resort and they want to sell most of the rooms as vacation apartments. As a result, they are offering great rates to get people to come and try out the place. It's well worth taking advantage of. The place is brand new with very spacious suites including living room, dining room, and kitchen. We booked a 2-bedroom, but were upgraded to a 3-bedroom. The kids loved that they each had an LCD HDTV in their room. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The master suite is huge with walk-in closet and bathroom big enough for two people to do yoga side-by-side. Appliances were high end: wolfe, sub-zero, bosche, grohe. There is a laundry room with clothes washer and dryer, which is really convenient with kids on a trip. My favorite feature of the room was that the entire corner of the living room opens up into the lanai/patio. It must be about 16 feet of sliding window on one side of the corner and 12 feet on the other. Amazing to open the entire room like that. It would be better if you could walk to the beach, which is a little to far away. But, it is only a short drive to the famous Poipu beach, and a shorter drive to Sheraton beach, which the kids liked better anway. Overall, I'd recommend and return.

“Awesome stay!”
We had an awesome time at the Wyndham Koloa Landing at Poipu! The rooms were brand new and huge - the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. It was a lot larger than we had expected as they are geared for longer term stays. EVERYTHING was really nice. They are still under some construction, but if you don't mind that - it's completely worth it to stay there. The service was also fantastic - the people at the front desk really took care of us. I would definitely recommend staying here - especially if you can grab a good deal before they complete construction!
“The Nicest Place To Stay In Poipu!”
This place was like home away from home. While this is only phase I, this is still an incredible place to stay! The 2br has 2.5 baths, a huge kitchen, and a living room with pull out sofa, and a dining room. All the furnishings are new since the Resort just opened last Fall. I loved the sub zero fridge, electric stove, and fully stocked kitchen appliances-- blenders, measuring spoons, Cuisinart coffee maker, 2 hair dryers! The elevator stops only at your privte villa-- no long hallways, very private! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating-- they helped us by getting matches for my son's bday cake candles, plenty of towels, great restaurant recommendations, and even gave us leis upon arrival. The two pools were great never croweded, but who needs a pool when you have Kauai beaches! I ave stayed at other condos (older ones) in Poipu but, I will never stay at another place! Thank you Koloa Landing for a beautiful, clean, and NEW place to stay in Poipu!
“Exceeded Expectations”
Awesome place to stay. Very beautiful. Only thing that wasn't top quality in the place was the hair dryer. Granite counter tops, large flat screen TVs throughout. It was awesome having a washer/dryer in the place to clean our muddy clothes after hiking. Balconies were large and relaxing. Huge beautiful pool.
“Paradise - IMPRESSIVE!!!”
Although the resort was still under construction, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this resort. It was beautiful, quiet, and close to everything - shops, restaurants, beach, and golf courses. It was paradise and we definitely will come back.
“The Greatest Kauai Getaway”
Koloa Landing was fantastic. The resort is brand new, and extremely comfortable. It is obvious Wyndham is expecting to sell these beautiful units because they have custom finishes and great furniture. I'm pretty picky about where I stay, and both my spouse and I had our expectations exceeded. They are doing additional construction on the property, which is supposed to begin in September. They are adding a water feature and Spa. We loved our stay, and we will definately return!
