“Great place to stay”
We had a great time in Kauai and found the Cliffs at Princeville a great place to stay. We saw whales from our patio every morning. The place was very nicely decorated and very roomy. We loved that it had two bathrooms. Would definitely go back. Great golfing in that area.
“Great place to be if you just want to relax”
The Cliffs at Princeville is an attractive, comfortable complex located in Princeville on the island of Kauai. It has pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, and golf courses. If that is what you want to do while in Hawaii, it is the perfect place. However, if you mainly want to see the sights of the island and do island activities, it is not so convenient, as it is on the North end of the island, and many of the island attractions are on the east side or south side, so it means a lot of driving. The only other negative is that it is a condo and not a hotel, and Oceanfront Realty, I assume the managing agent, never contacted us once while we were staying there. On the other hand, it is a condo, with full kitchen, living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and was very very comfortable. Mahalo!

Although we have visited Hawaii many times, we have never rented a Condo for our stay. However, we decided to give The Cliffs a try on this stay since it was in an area (Hanalei/Princeville) that my wife and I just love. The unit that we stayed in had a stunning view of the ocean. Several times durung our stay, we watched whales cavort just off shore. The condo was very nicely furnished, very clean, and very, very comfortable. It was quiet and very peaceful at night, with the sound of waves breaking on the rocks below providing a soothing backround. Very romantic. There is no "on site" management, but that was no problem at all. The office of Oceanfront Realty was only a mile away, and when I did contact them with questions, they really seemed eager and happy to help. Overall, it was better that many of the Hotels that we have stayed in on previous trips. We will be back!
“great place”
the room was very well decorated and spotless. Golf clubs, umbrellas, cards, DVD's. There was everything to pass time rain or shine
“We'd stay again in a heartbeat”
These are condo's that we stayed in and we were in building 7 and we loved it. The condo provided everything we needed for cooking and to go to the beach. It was quiet and we had a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen and deck. They're individually owned and we were in 7202. Clean and maintained well.

“Perfect Kauai Trip!”
Princeville is located on the North Shore of Kauai away from big crowds and lots of noise. The quaint town of Hanalei is close by as is 3 of the best beaches on the island. The Cliffs offered a beautiful view, great amenities and the perfect, relaxing vacation we were hoping for. We will bring our entire family back in the future.
“The Honeymooners”
The condo was wonderful. It came complete with beach towels, chairs, and a fully equiped kitchen. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The grounds were beautiful and very clean. There were gas grills to use close to each unit and the staff cleaned theme every day.
“Great Place to Stay”
Just wanted to say what a great time we had in Kauai. The Cliffs at Princeville was a perfect place for us. We had a great view of the ocean and saw whales off out patio almost every morning. Our room was great, nicely decorated and loved having all the room. I would highly recommend this place especially if you are interest in golfing. We will comeback here.
