“The Best”
This hotel is extemely convenient as it is very close to the airport and offering shuttle service every 15 minutes. There is also a Marriott phone at the airport you can use to call for the shuttle. The hotel offers a great variety of food, including Dukes. The beach is awesome, golf course is beautiful, and the pool is a site to see.
“Great location, great room, great beach!”
Great location and best beach on Kauai. Very up to date and modern rooms. Bathrooms have sliding doors which may not be great if you are a private person. We were here for our honeymoon and loved the very lush and well managed properties. There are 3 restaurants on property which are a bit overpriced but the food is good. Couple of restaurants nearby are also good. Only item to watch out for is the fact that they charge you to park your rental car but don't tell you that there's plenty of available free parking nearby. There's a small shopping plaza nearby with nice stores. Would definitely stay here again.
“LOVED IT!!!!”
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to please us. the hotel was very clean and the view from our balcony was awesome.
“Great!”
This hotel was beautiful and located great for traveling the whole island.
“Pleasant Stay”
Nice hotel, good people, very nice ambience and over all very satisfied
“Good Hotel”
The only complaint we had with this hotel is it was rather humid in our room, even with the air-conditioner running. However, it is a beautiful place to stay with good facilities, food, service, etc.
“great hotel”
We got the cheapest room we could. It was small, but the bed was great! The pond has 1,500+ koi in it, and there is a resturant on the property where you can eat next to a smaller koi pond. The pool is huge, and if you don't want to go in, keep on walking, and 100 yards later, you'll be on the beach. It was great!
“Beautiful Hotel”
This hotel is absolutely gorgous. I was kind of scared when I booked cause it was so close to the airport. You never hear the airplanes. The pool is wonderful. The hotel is right on the beach and you can boogieboard and surf right there. The food is great and many choices of restaurants. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I used the gym everyday and took a few of their aerobic and weight conditioning classes that had very professional trainers. I also got a massage that was fantastic. I watched a few weddings on the beach. There are plenty of lounge chairs and you can always find one where you want it (beach or pool area). There are no negatives to this hotel. I am going back to stay as soon as I can. Don't turn down this hotel. It was an absolute great value!!!!!!!!
“Amazing Property”
Our room was spacious, well appointed, and had a phenomenal view of the pool and ocean. The pool itself and surrounding areas were equal parts luxurious and impressive with the fountains, waterfalls, and view of the ocean. The strip of well manicured grass in between pool and beach conveniently provided the upside of relaxing at the beach without the sand to clean up. Additionally, we found the food at the restaurant to be excellent and surprisingly well priced (although they more than made up for that with the cost of drinks). Of the places we stayed across the Hawaiian islands this was our favorite.
“Worth the money”
The hotel was absolutley beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accomadating. I would definitley stay here again. The pool was the biggest on the island and very beautiful...closes at 10 p.m. The pina coladas and smoothies were soo good and addicting.
