“Kauai's Secret”

We love Kaha Lani. Our check in went smoothly. We didn't know we could have notified them that we were return clients and request which floor we could have requested. When we told them that we were return clients and wanted upper floors, they did their best to get us what we asked. Only thing we were disappointed was that we weren't notified that housecleaning was not daily anymore. It wasn't that bad once we got used to it.

“Definitiely satisfied”

Clean, well appointed, quiet older condo with attractive, well kept grounds. Beach is just a few mintues walk. Liked walking on beach or wide paths. Wailua River is nearby and condo is conveniently located between Lihue and Kapa'a.

“Can't wait to go back!”

We have stayed at several resorts in Kauai in the past, but the Kaha Lani outdid them all. Although it is a different experience than a resort, we think we prefer being in a condo setting rather than a hotel setting. Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful!

This was our third trip to Kauai and Kaha Lani was by far the best accomodations we have had. Highly recommend it!!!!

“We'll be back in 2009”

My husband is very ill and we needed to get away to a very secluded place so I went on line and found a few different places in Kauai to stay. After much searching We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and not once were we bothered by people selling timeshares.In our travels we came across the other resorts we were looking to stay at and not one of them compared to the beauty and seclusion of Castle Kaha Lani. Most of these condos have been renovated and we did stay in one of the older ones and were very comfortable. Due to the salt water in the winds there is always going to be some corrosion on the window levers and the screen doors. We had absolutely no bugs of any kind in our condo and they are kept exceptionally clean. These condos are individually owned and the owners are always being advised to keep upgrading them. Electricity on the island is outrageous in cost and Kauai is very earth friendly when it comes to overusage and waste. The island is very clean but you can see the damage due to previous hurricanes they have seen. We met an incredible man renovating the condo upstairs and he went out of his way from the airport on to help us get to our condo resort, to safeway and he even took us out for dinner at a fancy restaurant (Wahoo). He made our trip memorable and we hope to see him again. A new lifetime friend.

We stayed on a second floor and truly enjoyed the ocean view and the privacy of the place. We had problem with the internet connection - It was very slow and certain pages just wouldn't load, but we were able to get our e-mails. We strongly recommend this place! Thank you very much!

“A great location. . .”

The Kaha Lani has alot going for it. It's close enough to the airport with easy access to either the North or the South Shore of the island. But it's also set back away from the main highway so it's much quieter than some of the other places we looked at. Room condition was fine. I could see how there would be some variation between the rooms. All in all it's less like staying at a hotel and more like your Auntie Jane letting you stay in her condo for the weekend. As long as you're okay with that it's a great pick.

“Great place to stay”

We loved this place. It was isolated from the road and other places. We could see and hear the ocean form our lanai. We were right next to Lygate Park and could walk the beach and swim without driving somewhere else. The condo was clean and spacious. The grounds were very well kept. The pool was very nice and clean and you could see the ocean from the pool area. The BBQ areas were nice. We would stay here again if we go back. It was centrally located to see the sights of Kauai.
