Very very comfy and clean room and property. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Beautiful grounds, must be amazing in the summer. Very good stay!

This is a great, quiet spot to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city. All the construction around it is why I gave “area around the property” 4 stars instead of the 5 stars that I gave everything else but once that’s completed, I can’t find anything to complain about. I stayed 3 nights and never came close to running into any issues. Highly recommended. I’d like to specifically to mention an employee there, Rose. She was there to check me in quickly. I had requested an early check-in & my room was all ready for me upon arrival. Rose was around often to always offer a warm smile & an “enjoy your day!” when I saw her.

Great place to see a Chiefs game
Place was clean and quiet and the breakfast was very good. Also close to Arrowhead stadium and a lot of restaurants.

This is hands down one of the CLEANEST, nicest, most accommodating hotel I’ve EVER stayed in. Staff was happy and friendly every day. We were here for a week. Every hotel executive in the industry to stay here at least one night and model their business after Unity. Rooms were quiet, spacious and well appointed. The goose down comforters on the bed were my favorite. The breakfast, tea/coffee bar and daily fruit water were added touches that make this place far superior to others. You far surpass 5 star hotels we have stayed in. I have family in KC, We will be back!

Cleanest hotel I've ever stayed!
We chose this hotel because we wanted a quiet, serene place, even though we traveled to see the Mayan Exhibit in KC. We were not disappointed. The cleanest hotel! Breakfast was good. There is a pancake machine! Never knew there was such, actually tasted great! The cummunal areas were beautifully decorated

Delightful stay on a holiday weekend.
This hotel is AMAZING! Located easily and nearby to shopping and Arrowhead Stadium, which is the reason we were there: to attend the Chiefs game on Christmas Eve. Breakfast is excellent, but you have to get there before they close it all down at 9:30 AM. We stayed 2 nights. We met so many nice people at breakfast both mornings. Everything was immaculate and beautiful. The outdoor area is inviting and we would have liked to explore, but the weather was freezing cold (7 degrees) and there was snow on the ground, so perhaps next stay. The only thing that I have to say negative is that the walls are rather thin, as we could hear people in hall at 5 AM our first night there. They were calling out and talking loud. We assumed it was other people going to the Chiefs game that day, but were leaving to do some tail-gating. Otherwise there was nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay very much.
