It was a very dated property. Nothing had been updated recently. Our room smelled funny. Our shower was small and old. Our bathroom was tiny. Toilet was super tiny. Could barely turn around in the bathroom. Bed was small and uncomfortable. Ac unit went from 58 to 70 so I was up all night turning it up and then down. We had a pull out couch and the mattress looked barely two inches thick. I felt bad that my 7 year old had to sleep on it. And he didn’t sleep well at all. No bedding for it and when I asked for it they seemed puzzled. Couch had a broken piece and other wood pieces continued to fall off of it. Tv was super small. Breakfast looked promising until we started to eat the food and it was all cold. Then hot oatmeal was an option but no microwave. So we asked to use the one in the back and then we couldn’t consume it anyways because the only bowls they had for us to use were styrofoam and it melted into the oatmeal. Just a sad sad hotel for the price. Extremely disappointed.

Very thin walls could hear everything from neighbors to the sides and above us. Room was clean and staff was very nice and friendly.

They are not pet friendly and they will not even let a service dog in or on there property i drove 8hrs with 2 kids under 10, wife and service dog and i checked website which said pet friendly and called and they said yes you can bring a service dog to get up there on site and get told no pets once so ever and to get off there property with that dog just to drive around for another hour to find a hotel to stay at they are very rude, lying, bad language, can barley speak American English, and very disrespectful people dont stay there but it is smoke friendly also by the smell and they let some females that came in get 2 rooms free on the house for a week if that tells you any thing about that place

Stayed one night on a long trip. Check-in was super easy. The Receptionist was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a little more than a Continental one - included eggs and sausage. Would definitely stay there again.

The smell of heavy cleaner or febreeze gave us asthma. There wasnt a bathtub stopper. No reason to spray ferbreeze that heavy. Unless trying to hide another smell. Loud music played at night from another room.

Upon arrival, the front desk worker was being brought food and he ignored the fact that i was at the desk. He wasn't pleasant or friendly. Put the paper down to sign it when i asked a question he was rude. Told me whete the elevator was, which i didn't see him piint to. I asked "where?" And he was snarky. I inquired about places to eat in the area and he was dismissive. I get that we all have lives outside of work etc. But the hotel chain isn't giving away a room for free - even if it was, the purpose of a front desk person goes beyond handing out a room key. Their job is to liaise with guests and be a welcome to visitors. I drove 10 hours and would have appreciated a cordial welcome and a polite interaction. He didn't share the breakfast thats supposed to be offered in the morning... Overall bad experience. The room hasn't been vacuumed for sure since at least the last guest. There was a bobbypin on the floor beside the bed, dust bunnies along the floor where thefan is, the bathroom doorframe has 'red stuff' smeared along the door. They need proper cleaners and someone to check it over.

Weekend stay for a friend's wedding
Very good breakfast, clean room, comfortable beds, easily accessible, very small elevator, but it was in good working condition. Staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lady preparing breakfast when I asked about tree nut allergens! Great Hotel and great experience staying there!

Clean & quiet rooms. Right off the highway but didn't hear the traffic, which is a plus. Good breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles plus the usual pastries, cereal & juice. Parking lot was lit up brightly at night. We would stay here again.
