“Very satisfied, will go back.”

We were very impressed and pleased with the Hotel and everything about our stay. We will stay there again when we're back in that area. Would recommend the Hotel to everyone as we enjoyed our stay there very much. Rooms were very clean, service desk personnel were polite and helpful. Great Hotel!!!!!!

“Nice place to stay”

This hotel is great for the traveling business person. There is a happy hour every weekday from 5:30-7 with free drinks and the continential breakfast is filled with good things to eat. The room was very clean and maintained. Overall this was a great place to stay!

“worth a few extra bucks”

I had to be in the KC area overnight on two occasions within a few days of each other. I stayed at a different hotel and had a poor experience (not too clean) and decided to pony up a few extra dollars. Pear Trees have generally been good, in my experience, and this was no exception. Very professional, organized, clean. Baths had been recently redone. Some may not like some of the dated furniture, but that is of little consequence to me. Hot breakfast would have made it perfect, but it was still a nice stay for the price.

“I'll Be Back”

Conveniently located just off interstate exit. Just a short drive to the convention center and favorite restaurants. Room was clean. Awoke to the aroma of waffles from the lobby since we were just above that area. Price was a good value.

The price was very low, but the hotel was great. Very clean room. Very nice hotel. Good breakfast each morning. Very helpful staff.

The hotel was right next to I435 on Metcalf. Great location! I would stay there again.

Got a good deal on the room, much cheaper than surrounding hotels. Not many amenities at the hotel, but that's what they are there for. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Restaurants are a few miles down the road. Hotel is right off the expressway and in a good, business neighborhood. Would definitely stay here next time I am in KC.

“Bargain!”

The bathroom was small but nice. All employees nice and willing to help. With friends staying a couple blocks away and paying 40 dollars more and not getting the bed arrangements they wanted... this was a great bargain!!
