“Not impressed. Probably look for another hotel next time I'm in Kansas City area.”

My family used to always stay here when visiting my parents.The hotel is bare bones now. The breakfast was good. The room was adequate. Will probably look for another hotel next time I'm in Kansas City area.

“Cheap Hotel”

Condition of bathroom left alot to be desired. It's an older hotel with cheap rates.

“Kansas City cheapo”

This is a cheap hotel, so the price is 'right'. The room was tiny, the coffee maker was NOT cleaned after use, the complimentary lotions, shampoo, conditioners were in the tiniest bottles I have ever seen. If you are looking for just a cheap place to stay, this will fit the bill!

“Hardest of hard beds”

The hotel staff was great. The public areas and rooms were very clean and furnished with micro & refrig that you don't see in 2 star motels. The breakfast was exceptional for this price range motel. On the negative side, those who like a hard bed will be pleased. It was like a brick with a sheet over it. The walls & ceiling were very thin and you could hear everything....especially at 3 AM when the club crowd came "home". I rented 3 rooms for myself & relatives, none of us will stay there again as our opinions were the same....my advice ..get new beds and you'll have a great motel!

“Okay place to sleep but not much more.”

Staff was pleasant however there was mold in the refrigerator. They also were unable to get us a working TV remote. The continental breakfast was pitiful. Cereal, ice cold breakfast rolls, & toast. It would have been nice to see yogurt and/or fruit. Okay place if you just need a place to sleep.

“Ok for overnight stay”

The staff was extremely friendly. The room left a lot to be desired, but it was an ok place to stay for the night. I was traveling alone and unfamiliar with the area, but I felt safe and the location seemed ok.

“Good in a pinch”

The toilet needed to be flushed 2-3 times just to get the toilet paper to flush...more needed if you had a BM. The pillows were so thin that you needed three just to get a little "fluff". The beds were just as hard as sleeping on the floor. On the positive side -- the rooms were extremely clean.
