“Don't know how else to say it - awful.”

Do you enjoy ant infestations? A moldy ceiling in the bathroom? How about a desk manager that is rarely available for checking in or out because he takes off for places unknown in his car and leaves a "back in 15 minutes" sign? How about a room that smells faintly of smoke and mildew, despite being non-smoking? A television that is fuzzy because of a poor cable connection and unplugged alarm clocks? If the answer to all of these questions is "yes", have I got a place for you. Do yourself a favor - spend $15-20 extra a night and completely avoid this place. What a joke - I want my money back.

“Dont waste your money here!”

Stayed here 2 times. First time I stayed they lost the reservation and wouldn't do anything about it. Had to contact Expedia again to get them to fax information on the reservation to the hotel before they would check me in. When I stayed in this hotel the second time, there were grease tracks on the carpet in the room like a motorcycle. Could not shower in the morning due to water heater being changed out - They did NOT tell me when I checked in. Rude Staff.

“Crossland”

This is an older building that has made an attempt at upkeep. The exterior looks fine but the interior needs some professional maintenance.

“Not comfortable.”

The lady at the front desk was very nice. Although you could hear her and someone else talking in the back ground cussing before she came to the front, and I had my daughter with me. I found it very unprofessonal. Also, the rooms were gross. They were clean as far as I could see, but the carpet had stains, and the comforter smelled disgusting! I didn't feel very comfortable there at all. For the price I suppose this place is okay, but I would suggest spending a little extra to have a more comfortable stay some where else.

“HARD BED!”

This is an extended stay hotel a.k.a. apartments for poor people. The beds were just as comfy as sleeping on the floor. The room was cleanish. The people that live there are very loud. The wifi at the hotel was as bad as dial up. We are planning more trips to the Kansas City area but they will definitely not include the Crossland.

“the room was very small. requested a non smoking and was given a smoking room and limmited towels.”

All of the staff was gone to lunch when i arived and had to wait 20 minutes for them to return so i could check in. They put me in a smoking room when i had paid for a nonsmoking room. gave me only 2 towels and said that was all they had.

Scary place in a bad neighborhood. No towels in the room. Don't recommend
