“Great Business Hotel.”

Chose to stay at this hotel after some awful customer service at another hotel. So I was very pleased to find that everyone at the Protea was helpful, friendly and seemed keen to assist. The car from the airport was rather expensive, but otherwise I can't fault anything about my stay.

“Protea Hotel Kampala”

The experience was one that i would say that once you entered the hotel that you could have been anywhere in the world. It was comfortable as well as clean with helpfull staff as well as a well maintained hotel. It served the purpose well as i was on business travel. If one is seeking the more ostentatious then this hotel would not suit you. But if you are looking for a good clean well priced establishment then this is the place to stay. It is a business hotel and would not suit a family as their is no pool for the kids.
