“Very reasonable price for a no-frills place to sleep.”
Room was very clean and well equipped, staff was friendly and location convenient. Only minor complaints: There's a bathroom sink outside the bathroom. A bit strange looking but suited us just fine. We could hear people on the walkway on the second level as the walkway creaked a bit. We could also hear a train in the distance.

Great place for a cheap overnight stay! We were needing a cheap but safe stay for a break off the highway, this was great!

Good quality for a 2 star hotel. I will be going back. In addition, I forgot something at the hotel and they mailed it to me. Honest staff for sure.

This was off season so a lower price - but clean and comfortable. If you want to use the hot tub it is poorly located under the eye of the main desk.
“Family Experience”
I was expecting a small room, however it was bigger than most cheap rooms, so I got what I paid for. The Bonus was, that it was clean & had fresh sheets, and enough big towels for our family of 5, ( most have only 2 big towels, and we have to request more, ) and my husband enjoyed the flat screen t.v !! We arrived late , and woke up the attendant, however she was very pleasant and accomodating,and very quickly gave us our keys, I was only in the office for 3 minutes. I would recommend this motel, if you are on a budget, and just need to sleep for a night or 2, and I also would stay here again with my family.

Inexpensive, clean, quiet, no frills if you will.... I was comfortable and would stay again. Kind of odd having the bathroom sink in the livingroom :-) Check in was fine (late night), the lady was polite.
“A Pleasant Stop in Kamloops!”
After an interesting night in a Hostel, we opted to find a new location for our second night in the Shuswap Lake area. Expedia gave us Ranchland. Glad they did! Nice rooms. Fridge, microwave and cofffee maker. Basic breakfast. No complaints! If you're ok with "nothing fancy"... a great stay.
