Quick overnightPosted 4-Aug-2014
Just stopping on the way home. Rooms weren't all that clean. Outdoor pool was a joke. Continental breakfast room was scary and we opted for Tim Hortons.

Rooms not cleanPosted 28-Jul-2014
Pros: Outdoor pool was great for the kids after a long day of driving.
Cons: Room cleaniless and keeping the breakfast stocked.
Our room wasn't clean - visible hair in bathtub and on and around toilet. Asked to be moved, every other room was the same or worse. Definitely our first and last time at the hotel. Not worth the $100. There are many other hotels in that price range that can, at the minimum, clean the bathrooms and vacuum the rooms.

The room had old dirty cloths in shower, yurin on toilet seat and breakfast area was dirty. Below standard quality. Walking past laundry room had concerns of health violations.

Very hard to get to this location.Posted 17-Jul-2014
Pros: nothing very disappointed.
Cons: Change the pictures on the web site, very desceiving.
Very disappointed swimming pool dirty and brown rings around the pool, breakfast was very disappointed, no juice of any kind, the waffles had a very old taste to them and not a very good choose of ceral for kids. Bagels hard. Web site very disceiving. Could not shown there was long black hair in the tub.

If you are driving through Kamloops and just need a place to stay for the night this is a great choice. Clean and a great price.

Sleepless noisy night !Posted 25-May-2014
We booked this hotel online expecting a comfortable quiet room based on the price and pictures. Instead both bed and pillows were flat and hard, the door - window and air cond had air gaps so we could hear EVERYTHING all night, and when we decided to turn on the air the block the noise it made the room tooo cold and blew right into our backs. We expected better quality for the price and will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

pricey for what you getPosted 20-May-2014
Pros: staff were friendly. frig in room.
Cons: updating. hot tub. indoor pool.
Location: we were somewhat close to one of the 3 soccer venues we played at... unfortunately, we were a bit away from the other 2, Costco, movie theater, etc...
hotel was OK, but seemed pricey for what was there. frig in room was nice. perhaps I'm just out of touch with the going rate and do the higher rates kick in over May long weekend? anyway... it was adequate but I'll shop around a bit next time. pool was outdoor, which doesn't do much good on a rainy weekend...no hot tub.
