The hotel and facilities are great. The only slight issue is the proximity of the train line which is quite noisy. The Shark Bar, part of the hotel complex was good, both in terms of service and food. I would certainly stay here again.

The property isn't maintained well. The wall paper was coming off the walls and the fixtures were out dated and rusty. The room was small and cramped, it was basically a hallway with a bed at the end of it. The staff don't monitor the property well enough to the point a person was able to come in and set the fire alarm off early in the morning. There was no apology from the hotel for the incident so the customer service is lack luster. There was also a lot of garbage left outside of the rooms that made the place look dirty and messy. Definitely won't be staying here again because its not worth the price point.
