“Stopover to vancouver”

So we needed a nice stop over on the way to Seattle and Vancouver from Alberta. What I loved was the linens used on the bed and comfy bed which is so hard to get a good nights sleep in many times. The hard working managers were there at night and in the morning, which is not necessarily good for them! I will always recommend this place to my friends and family. Good breakfast also with a view!

“Don't judge a book by its cover”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is not the prettiest to look at as you arrive, although the picture from across the river does make it look attractive, but the room was excellent and the welcome and attention given us by staff was brilliant. The breakfast in the breakfast room was a little hit and miss; when we arrived, the room was full and we left for about 15 - 20 minutes and when we got back, there wasd plenty of room to sit. However, within about 5 mins, the room had again filled. Still, very enjoyable and comfortable.

“Just what we were looking for”

We had an overnight stay on our way to Sorrento, BC and just needed a clean, quiet room after a long drive. The room was clean and comfortable, with no frills. The lanai overlooking the river was a very nice surprise. There's a nice little restaurant right next door with sheltered patio dining also overlooking the river. The only minor disappointment was the hotel's free breakfast--you get what you pay for...

“Extremely Impressed, Excellent Service”

After reading the positive reviews posted by previous hotel guests, my husband and I decided to stay at the Riverland Inn on our way through Kamloops. We were very pleased with our stay and have recommended this hotel to our friends and family. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Without any prior special requests, we had been placed in a nice sized room with a king sized bed, that was located on the riverside of the hotel. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Further, we appreciated the hotel's recommendation of the restaurant next door and we had a wonderful meal on its riverside patio. Finally, we were very impressed by the hotel's service. After our long drive from Calgary, we realized that we had forgotten our toothbrushes at home. After speaking with the hotel staff in respect of the nearest convenience store to purchase some new toothbrushes, they assured us that it was not a problem and promptly brought us two complimentary toothbrushes to our room. Overall, we were very impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay there in the future.

“Quiet Convenient hotel”

Nice, clean hotel with good complimentary breakfast in a beatiful setting near downtown Kamloops. Unfortunately the room we got was quite small, and we got the side away from the water. So make sure you request the water view go early for breakfast so you can get a window seat with a view.

“Fantastic view”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would go back again. The rooms are spacious and clean. The best part of the hotel was the view. The hotel backs onto the river and has an area for sitting and enjoying the view with enough space for children to run around.

This stay was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a larger room because of the size of our boys, which was extremely thoughtful. Breakfast wasn't fancy, but more than adequate. Very friendly staff.

Convenient location for those just travelling through. Great view of the river. Large room with nice, modern decor and comfortable beds. Despite the crowded kitchen, breakfast was excellent with a large selection of both hot and cold food. We would stay again.

“Excellent staff, great view at breakfast dinning room and great room”

Had a Banff/Vancouver trip with my parents (72&76 years old), checked-in Riverside Inn in the evening on 10/13. Room is new and clean. Bathroom tub is special and convenient to elders. Air condition is good. Free WiFi. Free breakfast, the dinning room has great river side & mountain view. Front desk young lady is excellent. She is friendly and provides information we needed. My mom left her purse in dinning room next morning, the young lady found it and returned to my mom. Definitely will stay there again next time visiting Canada.
