“Kamloops best hotel”
The staff was extremely helpful and in spite of the renovation going on, the room was in excellent condition. The food was also great.
“Great value for the price.”
Hallways could use an update, but when I walked into my room, I was surprised at how update the room looked. I guess they recently did a renovation? I expected a lot less for an "inn" in a small town like Kamloops, so I was happy to see modern and stylish furniture in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
“Nice Stay”
Nice hotel. Rooms are clean with comfortable mattresses on the beds. Friendly staff. Some construction still going on but it does not negatively affect a person't stay. Very good food (huge portions)at the hotel restaurant but service is a little slow. Overall, I was happy with this hotel and would definitely stay there again.
“Great value!”
It's always a shot in the dark, booking a hotel online. I was pleasantly surprised with the Ramada Inn Kamloops. The rooms have been recently renovated and are very classy and comfortable. (This is coming from a picky hotel guest.) I booked at the last minute and got the room right over the entrance. Despite this location, and the hotel being located on the main road, it wasn't too noisy. Very good value for money... I will definitely stay there next time I have business in Kamloops.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Needed document printed from my laptop,she was able to get done.

Great value for services and facilities. Clean building and rooms. The staff were polite and attentive. I was impressed.
“Clean and practical”
Covered parking is good for when it snows also has electrical outlets for your block heater. Hotel is clean and quiet. Only problem I had was I thought the in-room aircon/heater was quite loud. There is no way to adjust the fan speed so I just left mine turned off overnight which left me pretty cold my morning.
“Comfortable room”
Comfortable room but over priced, the hotel feels more like a motel.
