“Hard to find”

Hotel was fine but it was difficult to find. Hotel staff were friendly but they had problems with my check in.

“Just OK”

Hotel was OK but the lack of hot water the two mornings we were there completely ruined our stay. Hot water is a must and while an accident could cause a problem it shouldn't be allowed to happen two days in a row.
